El edificio está en muy mal estado, las albercas lindas pero la atención del personal pésima, sobre todo de Daniela la gerente , que nos trató como si fueras delincuentes.. desocupamos el cuarto a las 12 y nos quedamos con los niños un rato más en la alberca cuando de repente llego a amenizarnos con llamar a la policía si no nos íbamos INCREIBLE!!! No pierdan su dinero en este lugar casi en ruinas y con ese tipo de personal

Port Royal is the only place you should go when visiting Port Aransas. The a**osphere can’t be compared to anywhere else in the area. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your every need. The pool is amazing and great for making life long family memories. I’ve been staying here with my family since 2010 and would recommend everybody I know to stay at Port Royal!

We’ve been coming for a long long time. We are very disappointed with this trip as the elevator still weren’t working. Sunday there was no bar service and that was disappointing as we were staying till Monday. But our worst time was because we had no air conditioning. And then it rained the next day. So we had to wait till the rain stopped and it was dry up there for them to just fix the air conditioner. The Director was supposed to call us and she has not called to this day. We will not be returning to Port Royal. Very very disappointed and will not recommend this to anyone.

We stayed for the price and the pics looked great, but we were fooled. Found 3 cockroaches, master bedroom door was hard to lock, parking spot flooded and given no alternative, no checkout procedures provided. When calling the front desk, they requested we ***** the beds and place all linens in a pile in the common area. Why are we paying over $1,000 to do their work? Disappointed.

Good value for the time we went in May (was 40% off). Seems odd to have slide open only 10-5:00. Room was very nice, upgrades like wood cabinets, granite, tile. Beds very comfortable.

I didn't expect to see it so run down honestly. It was a bit scary and I was waiting on the vacancy sign that comes out in scary movies to blink and make that static sound. Also give a heads up when the room is not updated; at least give us an option if we'd like to time travel back or get an updated room. I did enjoy your staff members as they were polite and professional. The room we finally got into was nice and enjoyed that one. Oh you might want to upgrade some AC in the elevator; it was a killer since the other one was out of service; everyone was using it at the same time and well you can imagine. Bay view is about a mile away from hotel; but you can see the water; good luck walking to it.

Do not stay here, room was dirty, we couldn’t walk on floors barefoot. Patio furniture terrible. It use to be good but has not recovered. Never again

The project is still being renovated after Hurricane Harvey. The parking garage floors were slippery and should be power washed regularly. Having breakfast included made the stay more pleasurable. If it weren't for the condo's dirty tile floors, we would have rated it a 5.

Run down and needs general maintenance. The rooms and hallways were gross. The bed was so old it needed to be replaced years ago.
