This is one of the main access roads to the Port Aransas beach. Awave From It All is 2 blocks from the beach; it is walkable and in the golf cart zone! It checks all of your vacation boxes!! Bring all of your friends and family as this gorgeous beach house accommodates 12 people comfortably. Parking is for 3 vehicles depending on size. You can also park a golf cart here. Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. The main floor is perfect for those who do not want or can't take the stairs up. Beach style 2nd living space with flat screen TV and a door to the balcony. The balcony faces the direction of the beach and you will catch some of the most beautiful sunrises you'll ever see in Port A!! You'll also have a view of the pool area across the drive. This is a great spot to take in island life! This 2nd floor offers guests the game room/2nd living with sleeper sofa, access to the balcony and 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have 2 more king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin beds and 2 full size beds, again with a private ensuite bathroom. The game room/2nd living area offers our young or young at heart guests a basketball game, pool table and an arcade game! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
