Welcome to our guesthouse located in uptown Port Angeles on the bluff with a walk score of 79 which means most everything you'll want is nearby. Your day begins with breakfast in the adjacent Quality Inn breakfast room. We serve scrambled and hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, and pastries, a variety of hot and cold cereals, fresh brewed coffee, tea, milk, and juices. (Temporary breakfast modifications may be in place due to health department Corona virus precautions)Step outside your guesthouse and see fantastic views of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca with Victoria BC in the distance. Inside you'll find 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, a living room with a comfy couch with a queen size hid-a-bed, and a large kitchen with a dining room table that seats 6. Add an international flair to your trip by walking two blocks north and sailing on the Blackball Ferry to Victoria BC Canada for the day. The Hutchison Ranger Suite. You will be about 5 minutes from the down town. We are within mins of the Discovery Trial, 3 minutes from Ediz Hook. (the Spit) and 10 minutes to the entrance to Olympic National Park. In July and Sept the Sprint boat races are just 5 mins away. This suite has a queen size bed, two oversized plush leather chairs with foot stool, table and chairs, TV, desk, full refrigerator, kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, rice cooker, small crockpot and washer/dryer! Driveway or street parking. We also book our main house. This suite is attached to our house, if you are needing a bigger space for more people (4), please message me about booking both places. Our home is on a corner lot, 5 minutes from the city center. Front yard deck has a water view of the Straits of Juan de Fuca. We are two blocks from the Discovery Trial, 4 minutes from Ediz Hook. (The Spit) 3 minutes from the boat heaven ( for all you fishing people) and 10 minutes from the entrance to Olympic National Park. You have your own entrance. There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Living room has a Big screen TV, Cable and WIFI. Full Kitchen. One bathroom with tub/shower.Your stay is on our home, but only a part of it. From the South end of the kitchen, to the North end of the living room. The south end has now been changed into a suite for a VR. It can be booked together (if available) or separate. If booked by other guests they may be able to hear you. Please be respectful of your noise. The north end is our private area. All have their own entrances. Please ask more questions especially if wanting to book the Hutchison Ranger House and the Hutchison Ranger suite together.
