奧林匹克套房飯店(Olympic Inn & Suites Port Angeles)

The room was warm and smelled clean, nothing terribly wrong. When I pulled out the pull out bed from the couch there was garbage and and an old chip folded into the mattress. The mattress on the king bed was not comfortable in my opinion. I had to go to the office to get linens for the pullout bed. Staff was friendly. Located very conveniently on the main road, right in the middle of town.

I am extremely disappointed with booking at this hotel. After we checked in within 5 minutes of being in our room my daughter noticed something crawling on top of the fridge and it was a cockroach. Then I opened the fridge and found 1 dead cockroach and two others walking around inside. Then I looked up on the wall and saw another cockroach and decided right then we were leaving and checked out of our room immediately. I told the front desk person what I saw and he confirmed that there has been cockroach problem at the hotel and will text the hotel manager. He said the hotel has been treated, but the cockroaches keep coming back. I told him I was not comfortable staying there with 3 small children and decided to book a room somewhere else. This experience ruined our night, but luckily we were able find another hotel that had availability and NO COCKROACHES!!!

hotel is very loud. it is located betwee. two main roads so constantly has street noise. inside is not any better. everything can be heard. i wore earplugs l the time and had lottle effect. very thin walls and floors. not relaxing. it was also a bit dirty. the sleeper sofa had not been cleaned recently as there was trash under the cushions. the bathroom door wall had stains and looked like it had been kicked in on the bottom. there was also cracking and badly stained walls/floorboards in the bathroom. theoverhwadfan in the nathroom was also broken as the knob didnt work correctly and had to be fixed with pliers. the staff was friendly and helpful and the bed comfortable. just not quiet or the cleaniest

Tried to contact desk multiple times to confirm reservation and pool info, but only got an auto-message. Room was noisy from traffic and a crying baby through the wall the moment we arrived after a day of travel; we asked to change rooms. Pool/hot tub were unheated/out of commission though still advertised as available. Couldn’t leave soon enough.
