Breakfast was good. AC in room did not work and there was no one available to fix it. Front desk personal came up to try and fidget with it but nothing changed. All other rooms were booked so no option to switch rooms. Everyone ended up sleeping with minimal clothing as it was extremely hot and humid in the room. Room temp was like 86 by the time we woke up.

Worst night in a hotel ever The staff were excellent, but the room was awful. First off, the toilet was broken; it didn’t flush, and when we juggled the handle to try and make it work, it came off in our hands! We tried to get a new room, but there were no more doubles available. Then from midnight to 9am the most UNBELIEVABLE noise surrounded our room - it was as if a helicopter were hovering outside our window all night, with the room vibrating and pulsing with sound. We called several times, but the staff could not determine the source of it all. We were finally moved to a king room at 2am just to sleep, but in the process we were checked out of our original room even though we had been told to leave our things there. That meant that when we returned in the morning to retrieve everything, housekeeping was trying to clean it! All in all our worst night in a hotel ever.
