Large, rustic semi-detached house "Pina & Rosy", 450 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Palo 900 m from the centre of Porlezza, 13 km from the centre of Menaggio, 17 km from the centre of Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the lake. For shared use: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden, swimming pool (above ground) angular (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, planted inner courtyard pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Cook on request (extra). Bread roll service. Pre-arrival grocery service. 900 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 900 m on the road.
