"We left a day early out of desperation, my partner had booked this property for two nights and we found ourselves last night without radiators for a good 4 hours in the evening, it was snowing and cold outside, let me start by saying I have two children aged 2 and 3, we have I was very cold.. even though we informed the reception of this inconvenience they said they would fix it well I never slept due to the cold and I checked both at 2, 4 and 5 in the morning always turned off the next day despite the discomfort and the cold they offer us to go to the suite by paying 50 euros more... that is, a nice structure would cost me around 50 euros? Instead of apologizing to us and actually repaying us, you tell me that you will move me with 50 euros more....thanks for ruining my birthday present...you could have simply said sorry after making us spend a night in the cold and move us to a suite for free seen that the problem of the malfunction was YOURS! WHAT CAN I SAY BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURE but I would never go back there again... moral of the story they wanted the money for both nights even though we left just after lunch because the radiators still weren't working. What a figure for 50 euros... very bad sensitivity towards of customers and especially towards two small children...shame!"

Wife gives five stars for the shower! Within walking distance to the entire central “old” Poppi and to the downtown Poppi area. Staff was very friendly and accommodated our every need."
