蓬特雷西納城堡飯店及水療

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrível. O atendimento de todos os funcionário foi exemplar, principalmente o serviço de Concierge. O café da manhã é magnífico e muito variado!! A localização é ótima, perto de ponto de ônibus e estação de trem, muito fácil de se locomover. A vista do quarto era de tirar o fôlego. Não vemos a hora de voltar!

I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is ongekend uitgebreid en geweldig verzorgd. Het restaurant voor het avondeten viel erg tegen, de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is daar niet in balans.

Absolut tragisch schlechtes Restaurant. Essen war kalt, Bedienung unfreundlich. Teller abgeräumt obwohl ich noch nicht fertig war mit essen. Total gehetzt und gaben einem das Gefühl dass man gehen soll obwohl Restaurant mehr als halb leer war. Spa auch total überbewertet. Nicht wirklich viel Angebot und auch nicht sonderlich schön. Das einzige was wirklich sehr gut und auch extrem schön war, war das Zimmer.

Great hotel with wonderful amenities included such as their spa, full breakfast with so many options and shuttle to skiing in Celerina. Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they did speak a bit of English or other languages. Also, the local bus was very close to the hotel to take into St. Moritz. Will definitely stay here again when in the St. Moritz area.
