Everything was perfect 1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want 2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever. 3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet! 4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol) Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed. Propre, personnel agréable Confortable et très très propre

Je ne mettrai qu’un trois sur cinq au mercure Cergy centre. En effet, pas de boisson de bienvenue même avec une carte de membre Accor. Pas de Restaurant sur place, pourtant il semblerait t’y avoir eu l’infrastructure à l’époque. Même si annoncé sur le site, pas de salle de sport. Des portes mal isolées qui laissent passer le bruit du couloir. Bref une prestation très moyenne pour le tarif d’un Mercure.

Hôtel 4* situé en ville. Parking en sous-sol pour 8€/nuit. Agréablement accueillis par la réceptionniste qui nous a bien pris en main. Chambre 408/4è étage : chambre spacieuse, grand lit King size, 4 oreillers, liseuse led de chaque coté. Table sur roulettes et petit canapé d’angle. Grande fenêtre double vitrage avec banquette, voilage blanc et rideaux épais obstruant bien la lumière du jour, vue sur la rue. Télé écran plat avec chaînes de la Tnt et Canal+. Wifi gratuite avec bon débit. Climatisation disponible. Mini frigo et coffre fort dispo dans un meuble avec plateau d’accueil (café, thé, bouilloire). Salle de bain juste spacieuse, grande cabine de douche mais coin lavabo trop petit, sèche-cheveux et boite de mouchoir à disposition, 2 distributeurs de gel douche. Nuit calme dans l’ensemble. Satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. A noter qu’il serait bien de désherber les extérieurs, surtout les surfaces gravillonnées, comme celle au niveau de l’accueil ;)

I booked a room for 2 people but the room had 3 people max capacity. My daughter who is 14 was to stay with family members but plans changed for that one night and was to stay with us instead. Front desk lady did not care or have consideration we came from Canada and we had to book another room! She wouldn’t allow my daughter to stay in the same room. We even offered to pay for another person for our room, she did not listen. Horrible customer service. We had to write in a card and asked for a pen. They asked for the pen back as they didn’t have more. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Never would go back or recommend to others.
