I would say it was a great stay. As a long staying guest ( Feb 2020 - May 2020 )the entire staff has never failed me with their services, from the front to the back of the staffs. Lobby ambiance was so warm with the interior. The hotel located in the main street of Jl. Gajah Mada where we can find many street food vendors at night. Coffee lovers would like to spend their time at KEKO ( kedai kopi ). Yet, coffee terrace in Orchardz Hotel Gajah Mada could not be missed. They offered live music on the weekend tho. They served live coffee ” traditional serving ” during breakfast at The Ritz Cafe. Kenny made special coffee . Thank you Orchardz Hotel Gajah Mada team. Keep up the good work!!

飯店出來交通算方便，但是房間略小，大的行李箱兩個就已經擠滿通道，也許房間空間比較小，住起來比較壓迫感，在這邊住的幾天都沒有睡得很好，人員上服務算親切，早餐一般般沒什麼好挑剔也沒什麼好稱讚的

由於家庭緊急情況,我訂了3個房間8晚,甚至沒有在那裏住一晚。由於一些原因,我訂的房間燈光差。房間也位於酒吧和咖啡館的同一樓層,所以吵得要命。廁所也散發出難聞的氣味,看上去它可以使用一些硬擦洗。按房間提供的價格(IDR360.000++),我本來會容忍房間條件的。但是開車出去買點晚餐後,回來一個很擁擠的停車場,一開始保安隊無處可尋,沒有提供任何事後的援助。當我要求他們幫助我找到一個替代停車點時,他們也非常粗魯,因爲我是客人,並支付了住在那裏的費用。這是我最後的稻草。然後我決定當天晚上退房酒店。前台接待員也非常非常粗魯,在整個退房過程中根本沒有幫助。我會向任何人推薦房間嗎?是的,如果你只是停留短暫,想要在附近找到食物的輕鬆。但如果像我計劃的那樣長時間呆在一起,最好找到一個更合適、乾淨、舒適的住宿。

Really good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.

它被稱爲貝斯特韋斯特酒店:就在Mitra Medika醫院的對面。不知怎麼的,它就變成了Maewstro酒店在Covid-19的促銷價。2樓本來是非吸菸樓層,但是有點臭味有點熟悉...幫忙燻蒸房間用煙(被忽略的妻子絞車)。衛生間很棘手:開/關浴室門時,浴室必須有額外的耐心...否則你會被擠死。叫了家政,操作員,前台等特拉到NO AVAIL在6.30am拿一兩糖:在“AUTO PILOT”模式下下樓...酒店,周圍一個靈魂甚至都沒有按鈴3x,bwahaha。問候。

不錯,乾淨,很舒服,這家酒店的服務很棒,很有禮貌,很好。很高興見到塞林女士, secound time visit pontianak,真的很好。我會再次回來,絕對入住這家酒店。
