Casa muy bonita. El anfitrión una persona encantadora. La habitación muy limpia al igual que el resto de la casa. Está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerquita de todo.

Charmant
Ce guesthouse est magnifique. Dans une vieille maison de la ville. Le propriétaire est charmante. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Il faut un peu tourner pour trouver une place de parking mais on a toujours trouvé assez près.

This is a delightful place in the middle of town. Perfect for walking to parks, the water, restaurants, the market and museums. The house is spacious and clean, and the host is accommodating. Two rooms are not en suite, so if that's important to you, make sure you double check. We got used to walking to the bathroom; it made it feel like we lived in the entire space. Very nice. Highly recommended.

Room was very nice. Staff were super friendly. The kitchen and laundry were excellent to have. Location was perfect, right in town and right beside a wine and cheese shop. They even gave us special towels to use at the hot springs. The courtyard was lovely to have a bottle of wine in before dinner.

I went in the off season so there were only ever a couple other guests in an 8 room Guesthouse - but the space is very well kept, clean, pretty. The courtyard is nice. Eduardo is helpful. I think it would be more difficult to share the kitchen space and you’d hear other people more if the place was full. Overall though - a good spot! Basically within the old city so it’s nice!

Clean and quiet
Clean, quiet, very comfortable, and centrally located for easy movement around the city and island. The kitchen was stocked with basics, space had a washing machine, and the common areas were spacious. Would def stay here again. Eduardo was very friendly and helpful as well

Excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious. Was there my entire trip. Location is very good and parking convenient. It is an easy drive to the east and west of the island. Ponta Delgada can be explored on foot. Eduardo was very helpful with good tips on how to explore the island and restaurant/food recommendations.
