We had a great time in Pompei thanks to staying in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful every minute - at reaching the hotel by the right train in the evening or even to get tickets to Vesuvio volcano that was overbooked online. Thanks to them we did not need to buy the package tour and we free to get there. The hotel has unique ambience and its decently devoted to the history of Pompei. It is next door to the ancient Pompei. Many restaurants are nearby. The room was great, spacious, quiet and clean. There was no noise from the street. We were sorry that the spa closes so early but the hotel was transparent in it. The breakfast was great for sweet lovers but a bit restrained for others. The bowls were not replenished until we have finished the breakfest. I was missing more vegetables and cheeses and those small local delicius things such as olivas or dried tomatoes that makes the breakfast at the hotel great. But it were just minor things. Thanks to all the staff for a great time.

We arrived at this property and were told our accommodation wasn’t in the main building but instead two minutes away up the street. We were then walked round to accommodation with signage up for “Eco B&B”. When we asked about this were then told this was a “sister hotel”. Feel free to Google this but Eco B&B is a 2-star B&B and Diana is a 3-star hotel. The difference was clear from the rooms and there was also c.40 stairs to climb with your luggage with no elevator. The B&B accommodation is above very busy and noisy late night bars and restaurants on the Main street in Pompeii. We highlighted we were unhappy about this particularly due to noise concerns and had booked Hotel Diana not this one and were moved back, taking luggage again with us. In terms of Hotel Diana, this is a nice enough hotel for the money paid. Air con and tv work well. Breakfast was basic but nice and bathroom was pleasant. Luggage storage was available the next day. If staying at a peak time I’d just beat my comments in mind and try to arrive early. We were taken aback about what happened and didn’t get an apology at any point.

May 13, 2023. In April, Judy and I visited Pompeii with another couple who are good friends and traveling companions, while visiting Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. Our group has considerable international travel experience and each of us really enjoyed Mirosa Bed and Breakfast; the people and accommodations were great. It was an excellent choice. Of note, during our stay issues arose with a booked tour and related timing and transportation issues. Owners Mirosa and husband Pasquale personally took control and, through considerable effort on their part, made it all work out. È la terza volta che alloggio in questa struttura e ormai mi sento sempre più a casa grazie alla splendida accoglienza degli host. Il B&b dispone di ogni comfort, tra cui la sala comune per la colazione che ti permette di mangiare in altri momenti della giornata nel modo che più ti aggrada. Il proprietario inoltre nel corridoio prima delle stanza ti lascia la possibilità di usufruire di: ceste, piatti, posate per un picnic, the e caffè per un momento relax e di un frigo bar dove puoi posare le proprie cose. Il punto di forza è la locazione in cui si trova, ovvero 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall’ingresso degli scavi. Gli host super gentili saranno disponili a risponderti a qualsiasi info e richiesta. 优势：1、靠近庞贝遗址，出门左转步行不到5分钟就到入口处，门外那条街特热闹，一直到凌晨1点还有很多人。2、早餐还可以，基本上该有的都有，在地下一层，连接外面的花园，见图；晚餐在楼外有一片区域，分量超足又好吃。3、酒店门口有专门的临时停车位，但不能过夜，停车在附近的停车场，出门往右不久再左转，游乐场的旁边，把停车票带回酒店盖章，出来时再交给收费员，免费，离开酒店时可以把车开进酒店内部几十米如图示位置，方便装卸行李。4、晚餐有位服务员比较热情，可能店里中国客人不多，特好奇。 不足：1、房价较贵，是我意大利行程中从米兰到罗马到那不勒斯十几家酒店中最贵的。2、三人间就是把沙发床变成一张床而已，紧紧挨着大床床尾，一下子房间空间就小了很多。 总体：入住体验不错，值得在此多住几晚。

位置優越，房間享有部分海景，結構非常大。工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。整體不錯的房間，但是應該更換淋浴，因為它帶有窗簾。酒店還有一個很棒的水療中心，每人花費 20 歐元享受一個小時的健康計劃（但是一個小時不足以充分享受體驗） 早餐有點回顧。
