佩奈勒巴宮SPA公寓式飯店

Dit hotel ligt vrij gunstig vlakbij het strand. Parkeren is erg lastig, er is alleen maar vrij parkeren op ruim 100 meter afstand. Je kunt wel naast het hotel parkeren voor eu 7,50 per dag. De kamer is erg mooi en schoon, het zou dus een prima hotel kunnen zijn als ze ander personeel hadden gehad. Bij de receptie spreken ze Engels, verder nergens. Dit is niet de reden voor de 2 ster, de reden is dat ze ontzettend onvriendelijk zijn. Alsof je blij mag zijn dat je in hun 4 sterren hotel zit!

從未去過保加利亞，這是一次信仰的飛躍！ 這家酒店並不豪華，但超級乾淨、友好、物有所值，而且位於海灘邊的一個好地方。 我們住在雙人/雙床間（即不是公寓）。 雖然看不到海景，但很舒適，非常寬敞，有陽台、冰箱和水壺（自備茶/咖啡）。 游泳池非常好，雖然相對較小，我確信在旺季它會很忙。 它也無人監管，我們住宿的唯一缺點是一些孩子被留在自己的設備上，很少考慮其他客人。 我們去的時候是五月底，正值淡季，周圍的餐廳和酒吧大多都關門了。 我收集了從六月開始的事。不過，您可以輕鬆搭乘巴士或計程車前往老波莫瑞、內塞伯爾或陽光海灘（上車前查看價格！！），那裡有更多選擇。 我們主要在飯店的餐廳吃飯，那裡有很多選擇。 早餐是一個亮點，是點菜而不是自助餐，這是一個很好的改變。 我們很享受溫暖和陽光明媚的短暫休息，並會回來探索該地區的更多地方。 截至本文撰寫時，往返機場的計程車費用為 30 列夫。

房間又大又乾淨又寬敞，配備現代化的設施。床很舒服。無線網路非常好。透過衛星的國際電視頻道。陽台乾淨寬敞，可以看到黑海的景色。泳池非常乾淨有很多日光浴床。早餐和接待處的工作人員非常友好和熱情。週六晚上，飯店舉辦了一場派對，房間裡的音樂聲一直持續到凌晨1點。在浴室裡，我們驚訝地發現浴缸上方的鍋爐流出了溫水。如果你在 10 分鐘內清潔得不夠快，你就只能得到冷水。早餐不是自助餐，您必須從菜單中選擇每人一道菜。如果您想要求任何其他東西，則必須付費。

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent. There was a choice of 8 different breakfasts. All served to us by very polite and helpful waiters/ waitresses. Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to make our wedding anniversary dinner special. The bar staff were also very attentive. I must give Teddy a special mention. The hotel itself was situated straight across the road from a beautiful white, sandy beach. Our only slightly negative point was that the hotel is located slightly out of the way, meaning that it was necessary to get a taxi or bus ( not expensive) to go to the town centre. All in all, we had a brilliant holiday.

It was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, the quality is not up to par. Parking space has to be paid for separately. Lounge chairs have to be paid for separately. No internet in the room. After asking to turn on the internet, unfortunately nothing changed. The staff is not competent and not friendly. I advise everyone, please do not spoil your vacation, do not choose this hotel ever! The only reason i leave this hotel a one-star is simply because of the management and hopefully something change for the better! We stayed there last year and we loved it ,but this year,sadly, they just became like everyone else - hungry for money. All the prices are even higher compared to last year ( have in mind you are in a very small, village-like town ). Have in mind that in this price you only get an average breakfast and that's pretty much it. Their "private beach" is a money laundering machine , they kindly ask you to pay 30 leva for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella ?!? Like ,are you serious people ? The majority of their staff is excellent, especially the waiters around the pool. However the other part talk to you only in Russian like you are on of them, although you are residing in BULGARIA. The prices in their restaurant - oh boy, oh boy ... For example if you are to eat in a luxurious restaurant in Sofia ,Bulgaria, it would cost you half as much, you do the math... Last but not least , they guarantee no free parking and if the street run out of spots you'd be basically forced to pay 10-20 leva per night to park in a facility owned by the hotel, yes, as a guest ! This has been the cherry of the cake and most probably if not certainly my last time on the Black Sea coast. For the amount of money i spent there i could've gone for 2 weeks in Turkey, Greece and other much greater places. I am really disappointed and by leaving the lowest grade possible i really hope this will open the owners eyes and make them fix some things or the future of this hotel will definitely, definitely not be bright !
