蘇度阿拉利亞飯店

This was a great location in Polonnaruwa. We loved all the services provided. The hotel had a great garden and I would say this is one of the best hotel gardens ever experienced in Sri Lanka. I specially thank front office “Hansika” which she was very proactive in helping out, also her wonderful customer service to all of us stayed at the hotel. We also would like to thank “Dilshan” for his services throughout dining. We wish both of these staff very well and hope to come back soon. Also would definitely recommend the place for wonderful stay with fantastic views over Parakrama Samdudraya.

Staff including GM and all the managers went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Laundry man-Nishantha is very efficient and helpful Restaurant, bar staff extremely friendly and provide professional individualised care. Thushara restaurant supervisor is very efficient and nice Bar attendant is extremely good.

Hotel sudu araliya was in nice location we loved so much from the arrive to room,we called our family's an planed to visit all of the family's on the wesak holiday,we enjoyed the hotel only until we got in to the bar there was a guy called nisal is he the owner of hotel he spoiled our holiday on the first day ( i think he use something ) please get what i mean,we was so unhappy and you will have trainee the restaurant staff well only one guy was able to speak English a tall, bit white hear guy

Staff is friendly and the service is good. Located right next to the lake and rooms have a great view. Rooms are old but have basic necessities. But not well maintained. Air conditioner was leaking water. Washroom is tiny and dated. Food and the menu definitely needs to improve. The lunch and dinner buffet had the same options and didn’t taste good. Overall very basic compared to other Araliya locations but staff much more friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient if you plan to visit the ancient ruins and the lake. The statue of King Parakramabahu is very closeby.

Hotel Sudu Araliya has a wonderful view of the Parakrama Reservoir. The rooms are spotless, the staff is very friendly and always ready to assist me! Special thanks to the reception team and Mr Fonseka 🌺
