這家酒店在中國遊客裏很不出名，我是偶然看到的，結果成了整個斯里蘭卡行程最驚喜的一家酒店！真的是小而精緻，所有的佈置都非常有格調，不愧曾經是英國女王下榻的酒店。其他地方不説，單説一個小細節，酒店在湖邊，野生動物猴子、松鼠這些也很多，但是真的一衹蚊子都沒有，坐在湖邊看日落極度愜意。就從這個細節就可見酒店管理真的下了功夫～唯一就是酒店wifi 長時間不用要重新登陸，有點麻煩，但是網速可以～

Excellent location, great service, and delicious food in this hotel!

The hotel has everything to be great but staff is not yet trained to deal with client. I had in this place the worst experience ever from the time I’ve arrived in the hotel. The receptionist was rude to me, we had to escalate the situation and then manager come to solve it but it totally messed our night with the reception misunderstanding.

經朋友推薦，我們入住了這家坐落於湖邊的度假村，它的地理位置極其優越，同時緊鄰着湖畔和古城。我們訂了兩間房，員工很nice的幫着安排在一起，其中一間還有泳池景，從屋裡看出去，湖水與池水輝映，屋中播放着錫蘭傳統音樂，讓人完全捨不得離開。房間的設施也很全，整體保養的很好，完全看不出有幾十年的歷史。酒店一共衹有十多間房，所以十分安靜。早餐也是非常豐盛，其餘時間餐廳有出品西餐和本地餐食，唯一待提升之處是餐食的品類較少不夠豐富，如果能改進的話，我們完全不用考慮出門覓食，可以徹底在此享受假期時光。希望下次來錫蘭繼續來此度過一段精緻愜意的時光。

This is easily the best five star hotel in the world. Divine location- divine surroundings. Built at the banks of a thousands of years old reservior "Parakrama Samudra" the hotel is modern in amenities and the maintained like a paradise! The garden and pool boys are working round the clock- the management and admin staff are the friendliest! The room is amazing1 We had our own verandal, balcony and our own corner swimming pool right next to the reserviour! Food is excellent and you get your own personal cappucino machine in your room! What more do you want! I can't give you a rating that is good enough for what you offer!

Dit hotel is gelegen aan een prachtig meer. Het zwembad is gezellig met zicht op dat meer. De gastvrijheid was uitstekend, we werden warm ontvangen en het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was lekker en de menu bestond uit zowel westerse als lokale opties. Ook het ontbijt was verzorgd. De kamers waren ruim en zeer mooi. De badkamer had uitgebreide voorzieningen zoals een 'shaving kit' en 'loofah'.

L’hôtel est incroyable ! Le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont excellents, la vue est impressionnante ! L’hôtel est également très bien situé. Nous l’avions réservé car des amis nous l’avait déjà recommandé.

hôtel agréable, il y a un petit manque au niveau du ménage, les chambres seraient à rafraichir, moquette un peu sale... sinon un joli petite piscine à débordement avec vue sur le lac, nous étions juste devant la piscine un plus, car il n'y a vraiment de transat.

I have been trying to reserve the Echo Lake House Polonnaruwa from the Colombo Head Office and it had a been a nightmare for the past one week. There is a guy called Ruvinda at the reservation desk who gives different prices when you call on the same day. Very unhelpful. Does not respond to whastapp or e mail. I wonder how the services of the hotel can be if the services on reservation are so bad at the head office.

To all of you who are thinking of whether to book this hotel for your next trip, do not think twice on clicking that button to reserve it since this is a place that is enriched with heartwarming hospitality, flavorsome delicacies and facilities that can make your trip one of the most relaxing ones you have ever experienced in your life. I stayed here with my family and the staff members did their best to ensure that my family members and I felt well looked after throughout the stay. Umesh and the other gents did a fantastic job in attending to all our needs in a single call. The rooms are quite fancy and well-equipped with the amenities to make your stay a comfy one. We received a complimentary upgrade to the Royal Suite and it was simply remarkable. Last but not least I should mention the unique location of this hotel as well. This hotel stands overlooking the 'Parakrama' tank, so you can get a magnificent view of it the whole time. And also it's located in a really centralized place since you can reach the historical sites and the national parks in a relatively short time. Once again, thank you, Ekho Lake House Team, for making my trip a forever memorable one. I look very much forward to visiting here again!

Our stay at EKHO LAKE HOUSE was nothing short of magical.The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team,were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt like VIPs throughout our visit. Hats off to the management for maintaining hotel like that.

We loved our stay! We were there for 3 days and 2 nights in January traveling as a family of 4. We booked a deluxe and premium room (can definitely recommend those) The staff went out of their way to make our stay really great - a huge thank you to them. It's a really beautiful and quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view, great food & service, convenient location. Best hotel in Sri Lanka I experienced. We were able to order the food we like and have them prepared for next meal. Staffs were very polite and courteous. Janitha Prasath & Pradeep did exceptional service which we greatly appreciate.
