Booking was easy, check in simple and all the staff is super friendly. Proper bed and pillows. The restaurant offers a vast variety of options. The ambience in the bar/resturant top tier. You really get more than you pay for. Worth a another visit

Booking was very efficient. Upon arrival our luggage was collected from the vehicle, and we had a warm and friendly welcome at reception. The rooms are well decorated and spacious with all required amenities. Breakfast service and food were good. Aircons are a bit noisy and TV stations are very limited.

Great rooms, well pointed, plugs in the right places, a fridge, coffee station, super comfy bed and a proper office chair to work on ( I have never seen this in any hotel room, not even the fanciest hotel caters for business like this. Most importantly incredible and helpful staff, The staff made the experience!!

As someone who stays at Cycad every month for a week on business, the breakfast menu really needs to be switched up. Variety is definitely needed. Some days I end up not having breakfast because it’s the same food for 5 days :( . The staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable.

We checked in on 17 Oct with the friendliest reception staff, who gave us great advice about the hotel and its sister properties and all the places in the area. The rooms were lovely and clean and we got complimentary slippers and gowns for our stay. There was even a little note from the room attendant. A great place to stay.

This establishment is clean, comfortable, very well kept and very well managed. My 2-night stay in Polokwane was enhanced by the neat state of the rooms and the great food that was served up. The experience was further elevated by a team of well trained, professional and client centric staff. Thank you and please keep up your standard of excellence. I will most highly recommend Cycad Guest House.
