格蘭德黑文溫德姆唄盟套房飯店(Baymont by Wyndham Grand Haven)

Carpet was dirty upon arrival at 7pm. Hair on the floor, toilet paper pieces and a wrapper. We told them at the desk and they said they didn’t have anyone there to clean as they had all gone home for the day. We asked for the vacuum and did it ourselves. The next day they sent someone in to vacuum but nothing else was cleaned up. Bed not made, dirty towels on floor, and trash not taken out. Manager was not on duty and was supposed to call us, but never did and was unavailable at check out! We will not stay here again or at any Baymont by Wyndham!!!

The staff allowed a family of 20 dominate the pool and hot tub area all weekend and ironically are adhering to the rules when it comes to issuing me a refund or compensation but didn't feel the need to adhere to the rules regarding no drinking or smoking in the pool area and 10-11 are adults only in the pool area. If you're looking for just a bed for the night, I wouldn't pay what I paid to stay here when I paid and booked here based on the pool and hot tub which I wasn't allowed to use because the rules didn't apply to me except when asking for a refund.

When you turned the light on in the bathroom, after it was on for about 1 minute the light would flicker on and off very quickly where you would get dizzy. The person working at the desk said that maintenance wasn’t available so there was nothing they could do about it. It was so bad that I couldn’t even take a shower. I was very disappointed because of this.

They allow pets. There was hair everywhere. They have carpet going up the wall. It was so disgusting full of hair. They should have rooms designated for just animals. The breakfast was also not good at all. We didn’t eat the second day because it was so bad.

Clean and very comfortable! Only negative was other occupants disregarding hotel "pool rules" and no enforcement making it very uncomfortable 😕

The location and facilities is ok but the breakfast comes in a single plastic bag each item (bread,eggs,cheese,etc).

Front desk staff was unfriendly. Efficient, but unfriendly.
