We have just returned from a week at one of the villas at Natura beach. There are pros and cons about the resort but we had a lovely break. We arrived in the early hours and our villa keys were left in an envelope with directions at reception. Upon unlocking the villa we realised the aircon only worked when the key was in a slot so it was very very hot and we were also greeted by a large number of ants in the bedrooms, bathrooms and on the kitchen sides. After speaking to reception in the morning I was given some ant spray which worked however they still found ways to get in during the week (along the built in wardrobe, next to the fridge, in the shower and in joins by the doors) but using the spray resolved this. Other than our unwanted guests the villa was great! Spacious, quiet and with a good size pool (that was cleaned around 9:30 every morning.) Bearing in mind it was the first week of the summer holidays it was so quiet which we were pleasantly surprised about. There were times it was just us at the beach, at the playground and on our final day we used the communal pool and had it all to ourselves too. The resort is about a 20 minutes walk to Polis, there isn't a huge amount there but there's ample choice for an evening meal, great little ice-cream shops and a good size supermarket. We hired a car which enabled us to explore further and we are very pleased we did. We ate at the hotel for lunch on our last day and for 2 adult, 1 childs meal plus drinks we spent €33 which was great value and very tasty. There are 3 pools at the hotel which villa guests are welcome to use, along with a small playground and the beach which was lovely. We had a very late flight home and were extremely grateful for the late checkout option when I spoke to reception, thank you for this it meant we could enjoy our final day.

I wanted to escape on my first solo trip since losing my husband in May 2023. I wanted peace and tranquility and that’s what I got. The scenery/sunsets and seascape are stunning. The weather HOT. The staff : absolutely lovely. (Florentina/Carmen) nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely return The entire place is very well kept and the grounds are beautiful and fragrant. Rooms are basic but immaculately clean

Absolutely perfect.....just what we needed, a hotel with no entertainment just to chill out and enjoy each others company. Hotel a little dated but doesn't bother us. Staff brilliant from the reception staff, bar staff and waitresses, even the pool guy!. We was HB, so a plentiful breakfast to graze....the evening meal was nice too, lovely salads and always something nice either chicken, pork of stifado etc with dishes such as veg, rice potatoes. The desert was brought to your table. Drinks not to badly priced a caraf of wine €10 or beer for €4.30. Pool area lovely, always beds, beach rugged and pebbly you defo need swim shoes but lovely to swim in. Turtles visible if you look, and nests protected on the beach. An easy 20 min walk into Polis or Taxi €10 each way ( worth it if hot or later at night) however decent lit road but no paths, felt safe though!. Grounds nice, manager visible every day and very polite. Great sunset every evening a bit different so lots of photos. Overall if its a quiet relaxing holiday you need this place is ideal...just don't be to picky. Hidden gem!!!

The view is amazing. Plenty of sunbeds. Kept clean. The bar staff are attentive. Peacocks a bit noisy. No entertainment which was lovely. No noise. The rooms need updating but kept very clean. The air con was a blessing when it was very hot out.

There are good and bad points about Natura, lets begin with all the posatives, No1 ..accomadation is excellent, it is what it is, yes you could say a little modernisation is required, but that would be your own oppinion,it definatley fits the star rating.. I read below about the ants, there not killer ants they dont bite and it is not an infestation as people have commented, look around you the enviroment you are in,.. the gardens,.. the vast beutifull maintained lawns..you have to expect some sort of animal life, I hear no moans about the lizards that you would see scurrying about, the sparrow hawk that is always in attendance and of course the residential cats that we are told not to feed, but be honest,.. we all do,.... hence attracting the ants to the odd snip bits left on the floor before the cleaning team get to do there job. No2 the staff... from the managment team to the gardeners, everyone was very welcoming and polite, I could name you all😍😍 if you talk to them they will talk to you, remember... you only get out what you put in. No3 food, "excellent" ate there most nights and never left the resturant hungry, most things were cypriot, but as we were in Cyprus you would expect that, breakfast was vast, ......a wide choice of fresh foods to be had. I could continue and write war and pieace about Natura, but I think you get the jist of what Im saying. Now the bad points..........uuummm, o yes, you need a pair of beach shoes to get into the sea due to the stones.😂😂 If you are looking for a relaxing holiday where you can completly recharge your batteries in the company of great people you have to visit Natura, were definatley going back next September. Thankyou all at Natura ..from number 37👍👍👍

Enjoyed our week at natura very quiet never had to worry about getting a sunbed lovely settings, free towels ,sunbeds safe ,wifi .pools and rooms kept clean ,we went half board which I wouldn't recommend (set meals) ok but not if ur a fussy eater ,wasn't entitled to a meal last day ?? As once you've handed in you door key that's it,you had to be out of your room by 12 flight wasn't till 10.40 , Mrs didn't enjoy breakfast as eggs sausage were cold (no bacon mushrooms beans) water and juice was warm. Noticed staff with fans as aircon wasn't on? Lastly they have a problem with ants we had them in our room ,bathroom and even bed Lots of negatives and it's a shame cause it's a lovely place Wouldn't go back but still Enjoyed a relaxing week

First of all the hotel is so poor!! Also the room we are staying they are full of ants on the bathroom on the table, on the bed sheete, I thing thy don’t change out sheete for the before customers ! The most important of all is the attitude they had so rude and mean to as for no reason

**Hotel Review** The hotel on the western side of Cyprus has a few positive aspects worth mentioning. It's located away from the mass tourism areas, providing a quieter environment. The dedicated staff do an excellent job, and the hotel is situated right on the beach, offering a beautiful view and convenient access to the sea. Unfortunately, the negative aspects far outweigh the positives. The cleanliness of the hotel is seriously lacking; the rooms were infested with cockroaches and ants, which is completely unacceptable. The rooms are extremely noisy, so you can clearly hear sounds from the neighboring rooms, significantly affecting privacy. Additionally, there's no way to ventilate the rooms, leading to stifling heat and poor air quality. The behavior of the guests is particularly bothersome. The hotel's low price attracts a clientele that often exhibits rude and antisocial behavior. This severely detracts from the overall vacation experience and casts the hotel in a very negative light. **Conclusion:** While the hotel may offer a good location and friendly staff, these positives are completely overshadowed by significant shortcomings in cleanliness, room conditions, and the unpleasant guest clientele. This hotel is definitely not recommended. Staying here would be a huge disappointment.
