Nun ja. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig gelegen, wenige Meter zum Strand und von aussen sieht der Anlage echt schön aus. Innen sind die Apartements allerdings völlig abgewohnt. Vorallem die kleine Küchenecke und das Bad sind uralt. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, an der Decke hängen lediglich Fassungen mit Birnen wie auf einer Baustelle und an Decke und Wänden sind Wasserflecken vorhanden. Die Dusche und der Wasserhahn sind völlig fleckig und verkalkt und in der Duschwanne haben wir Haare vom Vormieter gefunden. Sehr schade, dass man eine eigentlich schöne Anlage nicht besser instand hält. Die Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen definitiv NICHT der Realität, denn dort ist der Zustand der Einrichtung nicht zu sehen. Und eine Beschwerde vor Ort, so dass die Mängel beseitigt werden, wäre sinnlos gewesen, denn dazu hätte der Anbieter das komplette Apartment neu streichen und die Küche und das Bad sanieren müssen. Der Betreiber kommentiert zwar immer alle Rezesionen mit man schaut danach und nicht es sich zu Herzen. Wie ea scheint ist aber noch nie wirklich etwas passiert.

Es war alles so, wie beschrieben. Obwohl wir eine kleine Frühjahrs-Hitzewelle erwischt hatten, sorgten die Klimageräte auf beiden Etagen für einen hervorragenden Schlaf. Das großzügige Appartment verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, eine voll ausgestattete Küchenecke mit sämtlichem Geschirr, das Restaurant im Haus, das einen Besuch in den umliegenden Lokalitäten ggf. überflüssig machen kann. Sowohl Inhaber als auch Personal sind mehr als zuvorkommend und helfen wo sie können. Zum Strand sind es fünf Minuten „by foot“ und in den Ort derer 10 mit dem Auto. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

During our stay, we celebrated a special family occasion, highlighted by a beautifully arranged dinner event, which we also shared photos of. The owner was incredibly flexible and helpful, showing a level of care and attention we’ve never experienced anywhere else. Every detail of the accommodation is thoughtfully designed — cozy, comfortable, and surrounded by nature, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that can handle a group of nearly 30 people so smoothly and flexibly. Everything went without a hitch, and the owner was helpful in every situation — even in ways that go beyond what you’d normally expect from a host. The property is clean, well-equipped, and clearly designed with attention to detail. It’s ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in a quiet, nature-close environment. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates professionalism paired with personal attention.

Friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming and warm. Tasty food (try the bolognese). Five minute walk to really nice beach and ten minute walk to Latchi center. Good choice if you want to be near the port that does trips to Blue Lagoon. Also close to Akamas and Baths of Aphrodite.

Amazing experience, clean and tidy place with professional people! Highly recommended. We visited five days in August with family, everybody loved it. Kids enjoyed the beach nearby, and the dinner on the restaurant. Tasty food and relaxing abient.
