it's was a super lovely place. swimming pool was wonderful. everyday wake up you can see kangaroo. And very private place too.

Wow - loved these villas. We enjoyed 3/2 bedroom villas over our 3 night stay, with family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with most equipment. The breakfast hamper was outstanding- butter, milk, muffins, eggs, bacon and so many condiments. Bbq was clean, with a spare gas bottle ready. The only thing missing was an oven, but easy to utilised the bbq plate. The linen was clean and plentiful, with lovely toiletries and extra loo paper supplied. The pool area was clean and the pool larger than we expected. The kids loved spotting kangaroos, geese & birds, and walking the grounds around the dam. We were lucky to enjoy fireworks from the Gardens. The onsite staff / owners were friendly and so helpful. Can highly recommend these villas and will definitely return. Great place to relax and enjoy the Hunter Valley.

Fantastic stay on n the heart of the Hunter valley. Location was excellent, close to great food options and wineries. Accommodation was nice and clean and having a balcony was really nice for breakfast or for an afternoon drink before going out to dinner. The breakfast supplies were perfect.

Our 2br villa was immaculately presented and of a very clean standard. The kitchen was stocked with most creature comforts from home and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. There is lots of wood to start your own fire which warmed the villa up nicely. Views out over the grounds are spectacular and the pool area was really nice. The villas are centrally located to wineries yet are private enough to offer peace and quiet. Lots of towels and hangers are provided which was handy. Keyless entry was also great. Be aware you will be locked out once checkout time passes. Staff were lovely to deal with. Areas for improvement/change would include: - the kitchen needs a tea towel or paper towels - there isn't enough warm bedding (the quilt is a thin summer one and only one blanket is provided per bed. It got down to 1 degree during our visit and extra bedding would have been appreciated). - the floorboards are cold so for winter visits bring slippers or thick socks. - the coffee machine played up and we couldn't use it. - Not quite enough seating in the lounge room for a family of 4 (the beanbags were too small/uncomfortable for a teenager). Overall it was a great stay and we'd come back again, particularly summer to use the pool!
