The room was very neat and tidy and the housekeeping staff ensured that the room remain in good condition on a daily basis. The view from the hotel was very amazing and the lakeside had fun activities to do. The staff there was very friendly especially Shristi, Chij, Dikshya and Sabina they even made us a goodbye cake during our departure...very nice experience, will definitely stay here again ❣️

To be honest, I don't write review on any of the platform just because I don't write, I just express the gratitude to staff personally whenever I checkout and make sure they deserve what they have extended to me or to my family. But writing today because this guys deserve this owing to below reason of "HUMANITY & HOSPITALITY BENCHMARKS" When Excellence meets its peak, waterfront Resort name comes in MIND in Pokhara. What a service, hospitality, taste & humanity, HATS OF TO ENTIRE TEAM OF WATERFRONT RESORT. BIG SHOUT OUT TO "Mr Sante", "Saurabh", "Prashant", "Saroj" and all guys (Including CHEF's)" whom I might have forgotten to write name but they are too deserving all this credit. Why I am saying MANKIND, because, my grandfather just got injured while we were going to start towards POKHARA and the hospitality they have extended to him was just AMAZING from giving room on ground floor to taking him to washroom to serving him food as per his need etc (ON DEMAND without any hesitation). Just incredible & cannot be expressed in words. The Care was just like A MOTHER DOES TO HER CHILDREN........JUST OUTSTANDING HUMANITY!!!! Guys keep up your SERVICE LIKE THIS and let all future traveller get amaze by your hospitality & have icing on cake to their trip by availing your Hospitality!

This hotel very nice specially restaurant staff mr.raj. Mem shristi. Mem diksha. Mem shristi sabina mem chij.are friendly and give good service and good hospitality location also good rooms are clean and comfortable for us. Out side. View also very good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent ambiance and hospitality of Waterfront staff most of all the Restaurant staff members especially SHRISTI, Sabina, Diksya, Chij and team. Thank you all the entire staff of the Resort ; you have combined the excellent locale with excellent team especially the Food Service team who are young and always warm youth team👍❤️

Très bel emplacement à Pokhara au bord du lac. Belle piscine bien ensoleillée. Restauration et service de qualité. Beaucoup d'attention du personnel et notamment de Jiban, toujours aux petits soins avec nous. Nous reviendrons...........

Hotel Water Front is very Excellent in Pokhara. Rooms are very Clean and Services are very Best Food is also awesome. Restaurant Services is also best. From Hotel Room Views of Mountains are very Good Location is also awesome Enjoyed Room from Hotel in Lakeside Pokhara Should Visit First in this hotel Pokhara

This place was awesome and peace as well ..nice hospitality and good service And respected Mr.sante recommend us a good beverage’s and food item’s also all staff were nice and humble also Mr.Saurav very nice and kinda help us feel comfortable.

Buona soluzione qualità prezzo gli arredi del hotel sono datati ma il letto è grande e confortevole, buona pulizia. Ho cenato al ristorante e mi sono trovato bene un grazie a Sante per l'ottimo servizio, piatti buoni e non troppo speziati consigliato
