神山度假村(Mount Kailash Resort)

We are family from Malaysia. Friendly, polite and helpful staffs. Next to fewa lake. Environment is good. Room is clean. Spacious environment. Feel safe to stay here. Next to it has a shopping street. Comfy bed and surrounding. I like everything here. Will visit next time.

We stayed in the hotel after the Mardi Himal hike. Nice pool, friendly staffs and a star-dog named Ginger. The location is very convenient. You could easily take a stroll around the lakeside of Fewa Lake and explore the neighborhood shops and restaurants. We stayed over a weekend, and the friendly hotel staffs had recommended a nearby sports bar for us to watch our a football game by our favourite teams. We would definitely recommend it to our friends who would come to Nepal for hiking around Pokhara.

Me and my two client from uk stayed mt kailash . we got luxury services , nice food , clean swinging pool , friendly staff . The hotel is in prime location . From roof top can see beautiful views , himalays as well as lake and many more . If you like to stay near lake mt kailash resort is the best option for you . I highly recommend it .

The service was amazing. The place was clean and beautiful - absolutely would return! Loved my stay and felt very well taken care of! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless with nice views.

Right from the check in , the lousy experience was an indication for things to come. Staff is very raw and know nothing about hospitality. Don't want to get into nitty grittier and I am currently writing this review from the very resort as they do not have any solution to any problem...simply pathetic and an absolute avoid. Except large rooms ( without balcony ), there is nothing to speak about this place...one star is because the review needs to be submitted..God bless...

Our first day's stay was at Pokhra which in itself was a delight, because of it being a model town. clean with broad sidewalks and beautiful ires with a lake. Mount Kailash hotel is right at the Lakeside road boulevard with numerous other shops and boating facilities. The hotel is quiet and has a small garden and a clean swimming pool. The dining area is very nice with ample space and the rooms are comfy with necessary items such as TV, kettle and good toiletries. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of cuisine and fresh fruits. The staff are helpful and courteous and cheerful. Excellent value for money!!

Me and my spouse stayed in this resort from March 11-13, 2022. We had a wonderful experience here, I wished we could have stayed longer. We were looking for a mountain view room as wanted to relive our revisit after 24 years at Pokhara. Here we encountered a fabulous host "Napema Sherpa " an extraordinary person who understood our requirements and provided us with an excellent room with fantastic view of not only mountains but also of swimming pool and garden. One of the best place to relax in pokhara so far with fantastic views, great customer service and variety of food to chose and try local cuisine. Clean room, attentive and polite staff, we will definitely visit again.
