We stayed at this resort some time ago. While the location and natural surroundings are truly stunning, the road leading to the property is in poor condition and needs serious improvement. The reception staff appear to lack proper hospitality training. There’s a noticeable gap in both knowledge and professionalism, which affects the overall guest experience. In the hospitality industry, guest satisfaction should be the highest priority — unfortunately, that sense of care and attentiveness was missing. If guests aren’t happy, it raises serious concerns about the long-term prospects of the business, something the management shouldn’t overlook. The room was clean and well-equipped with the basics. However, breakfast offered only a limited selection, and the food quality didn’t quite justify the menu prices. Thank you.

Mountain Glory proved to be the perfect vacation spot, catering to our needs and leaving all 64 participants happy and content. The resort's versatility and outstanding maintenance make it an excellent choice for any type of visitor. The staff at Mountain Glory made us feel right at home, attending to our every need with remarkable care and dedication. They supported us in every task throughout our stay, right up until the day we left. I highly recommend this place. A special thanks goes to the receptionist, Gita, whose impeccable support made a significant difference. She felt like a part of our family, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
