Hotel staffs are thieves & Managements are not cordial & Helpful When we left the hotel for site seeing, a kitchen staff entered into our room , spent 8 minutes to toss everything. Took 10000 NPR from my bag.. When i raised complaint, the hotel management was not helpful at all and they were trying to portray that i have spent and forgot and lots of things without taking any steps for inquiry. . Then i took help of the tourist police and searched the CC TV footages and got the culprit. Complain slip and footage pictures are given Note: lastly hotel did refund the missing 10000 only..

Location, view from hotel and Service of the hotel is excellent. Some correction is needed for room adjustment and air conditioner of hotel is not working properly. Behaviour of junior staff (sujata, prabha, arjun, ram, khusi) and attendant is excellent. I will visit at this hotel again in future.

Clean and hygienic Hospitallity is great Friendly staff and very helpful ⭐️ Plan your stay with family. We stayed here for 2 days Main street is just outside the hotel Recommend the hotel if you want to enjoy the lake street restaurant and cafes

Adorable excellent memerising. One of the best place to stay in pokhra. All staffs are very supportive. Execellent view of city and fewa lake. Parking swimming pool bar and all other basic aminites available here. Must recommend for stay. Thank you Village Pokhra Hotel.

Great service- all staff made us feel very welcome. Our needs were attended to immediately. Excellent cappuccino. Beds, pillows and linen were the best we experienced our whole time in Nepal. The pool was a welcome respite from the Pokhara warm weather. Thankyou for a wonderful stay Pokhara Village Hotel.
