The hotel located a short distance from the main street of the Lakeside district offers convenient stay close to the heart of the town and tourist life of Pokhara. The hotel is good in its class. The reception staff are very helpful, professional and competent. The hotel offers services of guided tours, rental of cars and assistance to travelers in ticketing and booking. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is included but the breakfast choice is rather limited and despite the fact that a large proportion of the guests are Europeans the breakfast offered is suitable for Asian tastes with very little for other tastes. Generally the hotel met our expectations.

帥氣的老闆能説流利的中文，很友善，很樂意為客人提供方便，員工對客人很禮貌，店裡的中餐館口味正中。一次愉快的住宿體驗。

位置很好，很友好，額頭上的紅點。即使在雨天，它也不溫暖且不粘。沙威水溫暖而豐富。香腸早餐很好吃

Nice lake view room. I have good experience in this hotel and net and clean rooms and the hotel staffs are so friendly. Good wifi and nice food and accommodation. Very accessible for any clients with near by the fewa lake. The hotel boss is so knowledgeable and give so many information which we need for trekking before. Highly recommend to all!

這家酒店太棒了，服務超級到位，一樓就有服務台，想去哪裡玩直接找老闆，比外麪還便宜，我們有什麼問題直接找他。房間裏也有轉換插頭，可以直接充電。有一次我弟直接拿了三年找他，直接幫我們拿去泡了端上來給他🥰，太棒了吧。找老闆一家人都超級有愛，一樓300的早餐超級豐盛，什麼都有！！！

湖岸滿足了我們對酒店的期望。我們極力推薦它！這家旅館是我們在尼泊爾住過的幾家飯店中最好的。工作人員很熱情，尤其是經理 Sanjog，他很專業，反應靈敏，而且非常能幹。房間很乾淨，有空調（提供洗衣和無線網路等各種服務），團隊整體非常細心。我們是兩人一組，在博卡拉地區健行，到達後桑喬格在許多方面都給了我們很大的幫助。當我們意識到我們需要一名導遊時，他甚至為我們的徒步旅行安排了一名導遊。光是他就值回票價了，飯店老闆有他真是太幸運了！其他工作人員很友善，也很樂於助人，我們的住宿費用物有所值。事實上，我們非常喜歡湖濱酒店，因此我們決定在博卡拉停留更長的時間。我們肯定會回去，毫無疑問，我們會再次入住湖濱酒店。特別感謝 Lakeshore 和 Sanjog 帶給我們美好的回憶！約翰和伊恩。

I visited this hotel in 2018. It is a nice hotel, big and confortable rooms. Very good location near the lake and near a lot of restaurants and shops. We have an inconvenience staying here. One night at 3 am while sleeping, a man came into the room from the balcony and robbed some of our stuff. We made the police complaint. At first he is caught by the hotel camaras walking down the hallway of our floor. Then, he enters from outside (balcony). So PLEASE! Check that your windows and balcony door are closed. If the locks are damaged and do not close correctly as ours, I recommend you to ask for another room. It was not a first floor, and the man entered anyway. Without taking that into account, I recommend the hotel. Nice food and breakfast, spacious room, and very good location.

I came with my family. The stay was very nice and garden is very beautiful and I am astonished by the nature and lake view. The view from deck area was stunning. The Panaromic view of Annapurna range and breakfast was superb. I really appreciate the staff from front department especially ms. Sagun, ms. Sandhya and Mr. Ganaraj pandit for Their excellent service. They are spectacular at what they do. I will again come back soon . 😊

酒店在當地的農家樂中算很好的了。位置離湖稍遠，不過走走15分鐘對於閑着沒事的正好。酒店工作人員很熱情，也都積極在學習中文，房間都在山上所以視野很贊。有接送機場服務，很便利！
