Was okay. The pool is through a local athletic club a quarter mile away and closed daily at 7 pm. Not what we expected from the photos. Overpriced for the amenities offered. Older unit. We did enjoy the nearby beach. Will look for other options next time.

1. No AC, and pretty hot at day on 2nd floor, more less okay when open windows and door but 2. mosquitoes 20-30 bites per night thats caused allergy to my kid. No sleep first night at all until we bought mosquitoes trap. 3. Microwave was broken 4. Ocean view is good. 5. Plenny parking lots

The property intentionally lied about their amenities, in the description it says "pool on-site". There is no pool on-site. "The pool" is about 1/4 mile away and across a busy road at a place called Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Which is open to anyone. The only thing the really have onsite is a couple of outdoor community grills which are nice and in good working order. We Have 2 small children and an infant and we were given a room with only 2nd floor access and no elevator which was extremely inconvenient having an infant in a stroller. After check in We were also never offered any help with our bags. The condos do not have air conditioning throughout the dwelling only in the bedrooms so they get very hot, this was also not disclosed in the property description either. Our room was pretty dated and looked like nothing had been updated since the early 1990's. We also upgraded to have an ocean view, while we could see the ocean from our balcony it was not a good view and we were quite a good distance from the water. Also none of many water fountains around the property worked, they are all empty. We asked for a refund and were denied but we're told the manager would call us the next day. Which never happened. Overall the property was beautiful and well kept but I am however very disappointed in the dishonesty in the property description and with the property management. Knowing what we know now we would have stayed somewhere else.

the view from our room is the view you see in the picture. It was exceptional! There are no dining facilities (other than you own kitchen) on the property but just across the street are many options. Would come back again without a doubt.

The plantation property is stupendous. The variety of plants and constant maintenance by the hard working staff makes this resort special. I can describe 2 of the units because we had to vacate the first one after a water pipe broke. Unfortunately we were eating dinner nearby and were told we had until 8 pm we would have to leave because office closed at that time. Similar layout but furnishings and A/C completely different. Also the view because we were moved towards the main entrance and our ocean view was barely visible. Staff was good in most cases, friendly and helpful. One big reason that I would not return is the $$$$ cleaning fee that is charged upon leaving. I’m sure you could pay someone $150 to clean our unit but nearly double that for 1 bedroom. Felt like we were subsidizing the cleaners instead of paying upfront in the nightly rate. Too bad because the place is nice.

The condominium was very outdated, minimal upkeep, old furniture that was falling apart, tub was peeling. The screen door was falling apart. It was clean but very outdated for the pricing. The description should make it clear that the pool is off site and it a private club. You have to cross the street to get to the pool. The offsite club pool was nice once we got there. The views of the condominium was beautiful and the beach was very pretty.

The condo was great, but there was literally no view of the beach unless you stand up and peer over the hedges that were NOT pictured. We were highly disappointed. We paid extra to have the ocean front condo to relax on the lanai and watch the beach, and instead we found ourselves staring at a bush. Would rather have had any other condo with a view.

The grounds were immaculate, the room was spotless, the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you for everything.
