Perfectly situated just up a garden path from the golden sand of Brennecke's Beach, this one-bedroom, ground-floor condo in Poipu is ideal for swimmers, sunbathers, golfers, and all lovers of Kauai's beautiful, sunny south shore. This home is full of sunshine, with floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass doors that slide open to reveal a private lanai, an outdoor dining space, a pair of lounge chairs, and a manicured lawn surrounded by lush, tropical greenery. Use the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes each morning, or simply take a seat at the breakfast bar with a hot cup of coffee and a local newspaper. Grab a freshly laundered swimsuit from your private washer/dryer, stroll down the path to the neighboring ocean beach, and spend the rest of the afternoon swimming in the community's outdoor pool and barbecuing with loved ones around the shared gas grill.
