波卡特洛希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Pocatello)

My room was sold to someone else upon my arrival. Girl behind the counter cried as she told me every room in town is sold out and I would need to drive 45 minutes back to another town to find a hotel. My email confirmation says booking guaranteed??? Ridiculous!!! It was midnight before we found a place to stay and got checked in. A simple call would if helped.

Driving up to the hotel you can tell it's new and modern. Person at the front desk did not have any customers but still made me feel rushed and like I was inconveniencing them. The room was nice although not private when using the restroom. The sliding door for the bathroom had large gaps on either side which made all bathroom activities loud and visual as you walk by. Pillows deflated completely and beds were okay. Room was spacious and clean. Probably would not stay there again.

Albergo un po' defilato rispetto alla città. Parcheggio comodo, camera spaziosa e pulita con angolo cucina completo e fornito di tutto. Unica pecca una colazione un po' scarna, per il resto l'Hilton non delude!

Hotel is nice. Pool is decent, little cold, breakfast is average. Beds are little firm and we had horrible neighbors with music on till 1:30 am and we had to call front desk. Which they handled. But the space in the rooms in nice for families.

Super comfortable bed! Pillows were excellent overall great property lots of choices for breakfast!!

My stay at Home 2 suites was exceptional. The guy who checked me in was friendly and authentic. He made sure I got a comfortable quiet room, and offered me ideas for dinner places. The room was very clean and had everything I needed and more! Lots of thoughtful extras provided free of charge. I did feel like I was at home & even slept better than usual. I will be back!!

Great place to stay. Clean room that was well-appointed. The on-site fitness center was pretty good for a hotel. Breakfast offering was decent, nothing special though. Staff was great. No complaints.
