Lovely apartment, views are well worth it, well equipped, especially the kitchen, love the little touches like the Netflix, blankets to cosy up with on the sofa, great location, interesting history to the building, easy parking, wonderful and helpful house manager. Highly recommend staying here.

Superb apartments! Me & my husband had the pleasure of staying in 2 of the apartments within 1 Elliot Terrace. Our first 3 nights spent in Captain Scott Penthouse with stunning views of The Hoe. The apartment had everything you could possibly need! Finished off to a beautiful standard & spotless. This was a last minute booking ie, the morning of arrival. On booking we were contacted instantly by Andy from Plum Location, confirming our reservation. We were able to reserve a parking space directly outside the property for the duration of our stay. Andy was available via text to answer any questions. Our last 2 nights were spent in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle(3rd floor:apartment 6), again couldn't fault it at all! We were informed there would be plumbing work carried out during our last 2 days, however this caused no disruption to our stay. Perfectly situated on The Hoe, within walking distance to Sutton Harbor where there are various boat trips. Just a short walk away from Plymouth town Centre. Would highly recommend 1 Elliot terrace, beautiful apartments, incredible views of The Hoe & great service from Plum Location. Many thanks Paul & Debbie (Stoke on Trent)
