Sehr nettes und entgegendkommendes Personal. Super, frisch gekochtes und gutes Frühstück. Einfache aber gemutliche Zimmer mit allem was mann braucht. Lage Top, wenige Schritte zum Hafen oder Stadtzentrum. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Kommen gerne wieder :-)

Accoglienza fredda al check in; ci hanno dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata perchè non disponibile, sporca, ma sporca come poche volte in questi anni di viaggi in giro per il mondo mi è capitato. Su mia insistenza di fronte alla non soddisfazione per l'alloggio, il receptionist mi ha fatto vedere le alternative disponibili ma erano pure peggio. Un hotel così caro deve tassativamente avere standard diversi. Nonostante la buona colazione, sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso questa struttura.

When booking we looked at the different options available and decided to upgrade to a super king suite, the room we booked was not that! So much so that we had to go back to reception to ask them to check we’d been assigned the correct room, unfortunately, we had! The carpets, blinds and bed sheets were all stained, the room was pokey and the bathroom was like an 80’s throwback with a very temperamental shower. The room said it had a ‘courtyard view’ what it means is ‘overlooks the car park’. Location was good and the dining staff were very friendly though. At £136 off peak we felt this was grossly overpriced. Wouldn’t stay again and definitely question the scores on here!

Excellent, friendly service and staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and lounge. Brilliant breakfasts. Well done Roy,Betty, Roy and the very helpful Ken and the lovely breakfast team. The hotel is very welcoming, and close to the hoe. Staff are very approachable and friendly. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the area is quiet so we had a good night's sleep. There was just one niggle, and it does say on the menu there could be a 15 minute wait for breakfast as its cooked fresh, but we had which seemed like a 40 minute wait which we didn't expect. When it did arrive it was lovely and we enjoyed it so it made up for the wait. Certainly would recommend.

The Staff at the Invicta hotel were amazing! they mate you feel very welcome, hotel looked great with the purple outside ambient lighting , the cooked breakfast was very good, and the room 21 was warm and adequate with good with lovely view over the hoo.
