This hotel is probably the best experience I've had. It earns its 5 stars due to their quiet and luxurious rooms. Much attention was given to the planning of the rooms with the needs of the guest anticipated. The staff is extremely professional but also warm and welcoming. Special mention to Ivan, the manager who gave me great advice on special things not to miss, and Lia, front desk assistant. Thank you both for such a great experience in Plovdiv.

Good find! We’re truly happy cause we needed a 2 night stay before going to Pamporovo ski resort, and everything was perfect! Lovely mid size hotel, very welcoming staff and good amenities. Sauna is recommended. Love the decor in a lobby and high tech room !! Def going again whenever we’re in the area.

The best 5 star boutique hotel in town! The hotel itself is amazing! Luxury combined with coziness is giving you the feeling that you are surrounded by jewels. Staff is well trained and polite, I can point out the reception girl ( sorry for not remembering her name) who is a real professional. All team members were very kind and careful with me and my wife! Great food with 5 star presentation! It is obvious that the people over there care about their guests! Congratulations to the Management team! Thank you and I will definetely come back!

My wife and I escaped to this hotel for the weekend, and it was just what we needed. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home right away. Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits dans une suite familiale. L’expérience était un sans faute, dès l’entrée dans l’établissement jusqu’au départ. Ma famille et moi même avons savouré pleinement se séjour. -Réception 10/10 -Chambre 10/10 -Petit déjeuner à la carte juste incroyable 10/10 -Service 10/10 -Personnel 10/10 En plus l’hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Plovdiv, donc un emplacement parfait. Je peux que conseiller cet hôtel au personnes qui séjournent à Plovdiv Si on revient à Plovdiv, on y retournera à 100%
