Cottage 'Along the water' It is on the banks of the RIA of ETEL, at the gates of Carnac, Quiberon, Lorient and Vannes in southern Brittany, that nestles the Au fil de l'eau, family house, surrounded by a large garden with multiple scents of roses. In the heart of a friendly, authentic place, by the sea, bathed in calm and simplicity, 8 charming rooms welcome you all year round. High tide ? low tide ? Every day, from the garden, you discover a different face of the Ria with its small beach to the rhythm of the tides. At the end of the garden, the customs path (GR34) invites you to take a walk by the sea. ground floor : Fitted kitchen, hall, lounge, WC, 3 bedrooms (6 people), 2 shower rooms, 15m² veranda. The floor: 3 bedrooms (6pers) + shower room + WC, 1 bedroom (3 single beds) + bathroom + WC. Outside: 1 independent bedroom (2 pers) with terrace + shower room + WC overlooking the RIA of ETEL, - private parking (4 spaces), - bike / motorcycle shelter - covered veranda of 15m² Large wooded garden of 3000m2, direct view of the RIA d'ETEL with: - garden Lounge, - deck chairs, - barbecue, - Ping pong table. Rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays (Summer, All Saints, Christmas, Easter) Outside school holidays, rental can be done on demand (2 nights minimum 250 euros / night) Arrival time: between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Departure time: 10 a.m. cleaning fee of € 130. Tourist tax: 0.50 € / person / day. Method of payment:, check, cash. semaine en Bretagne Excellent semaine sous le soleil de Bretagne dans un superbe gîte. L’hôte est très aimable et nous attendait avec un excellent far breton de bienvenue. La recette SVP !!!!Ce gite a un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue splendide sur La ria d' Étel, un très grand jardin et est situé dans un coin tres calme.De nombreux circuits velo peuvent se faire au départ du gite.Les photos reflètent très bien le gite.

Très agréable grand logement, jardin et vue magnifique. Idéal pour une réunion familiale Communication et organisation très facile avec la propriétaire.Animaux acceptés, un vrai plus.

La maison est bien située, proche des sentiers côtiers. Et elle est très adaptée à la grande famille que nous sommes. Nous avions plusieurs voitures et le parking était très pratique. Je recommande !

Ce gite à un emplacement exceptionnel une vue splendide sur La ria d' éteL. Belle chambre, bonne literie.Tout confort dans la maison. Anne est une personne très correct et tres bon accueil. C est un gîte à recommandé.
