Un peu déçu par le balcon en intérieur. Très belle vue depuis la piscine et le bar. LA chambre est assez petite sinon tout était parfait

Ganz neues, sehr schönes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Es war der Geburtstag meines Mannes und das Personal hatte sehr liebevoll dekoriert. So etwas hsben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück im The Sanctuary Restaurant war sehr gut. Ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Buffet und man konnte Extras wie z.B. Eggs Benedikt (die waren übrigens perfekt!) dazu bestellen. Super zuvorkommendes Personal und der Manager Nico hatte immer ein paar nette Worte. In der Skybar mit einem wunderbaren Blick über Plettenberg Bay haben wir immer unseren Sundower Drink genommen. Dieses Hotel können wir nur empfehlen!

Nous avons seulement diné dans cet hôtel. l'accueil était parfait, notre serveur adorable. les plats sont de qualité, et nous sommes repartis très contents, car étions entré par hasard dans ce lieu . Le rapport qualité prix est parfait Je le recommande vivement.

The hotel location was convent and the view were to die for. The service and staff members from reception to resturant were helpful, kind, polite and patient.

Location was great, beautiful rooms and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional 👌 lovely and friendly staff 😋 The view from rooftop swimming pool, we had a wonderful stay! We will back definitely!!!

We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our time here. The hotel has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Even though it was just a quick visit, everything felt well-organized and comfortable. The biggest highlight for us was definitely the food. It honestly exceeded our expectations. Every meal we had was full of flavour and really well prepared. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into their kitchen, and it paid off. We would strongly recommend eating at the hotel rather than looking for other options—there’s really no need to go elsewhere. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful. While we didn’t have time to take advantage of all the hotel’s facilities or activities, what we did experience was more than enough to make us want to come back for a longer stay next time. Overall, it was a great overnight stop and a good taste of what the hotel has to offer. If you're passing through or even planning a longer trip, it’s definitely worth considering.
