This 2 story Villa consists of 2 Suites The main floor = Suite 101 A comfortable, self-catering double bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.- overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Steps away from our large swimming pool. There is a coffeemaker and a small bar fridge. The bedroom has either a king bed or 2 long twin beds. Second Floor = Suite 103 A wide spiral staircase leads to a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the covered terrace – affording fabulous views of the ocean, Flamingo marina area, and surrounding countryside! Large dining area – again with large windows and walk-out to the “outdoor living room” terrace, Pacific Ocean, and lush surroundings. There is also an extra ½ bath for guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a large, fully equipped, kitchen with a walk-out to a rear terrace and staircase leading to one of our two 42-foot pools, sunning terraces, and tropical gardens. The master bedroom features a 4 poster king bed, a walk-out to the covered and open terraces, a large walk-through dressing room, and a full bathroom with a skylight. This Suite offers SPECTACULAR VIEWS, total comfort, and absolute privacy! We can add additional beds into the living room of Suite 103 - if required. **PRICES SHOWN HERE ARE BASED ON OCCUPANCY OF 2 PERSONS PER BEDROOM = 4 GUESTS IN 2 BEDROOMS.
