塔瑪拉吉奧公寓飯店(Apartamentos Tamaragua)

The hotel is great value for money. It has everything you need, 2 bedrooms, living room and balcony. The apartments are large and clean. They are dated but fully functional. The pool is large and heated - plenty of sunbeds. Location is right in between the beach and city center - about 5 min walk to both.

Great Apartments. Very central, good size 2 bedrooms. Well furnished, nice balcony . Good kitchen. Good size lovely swimming pool. Supervised , nice pool bar good food . Only downside is it closes at 6. & closes 2 days a week. Guys at reception are brilliant very knowledgeable & friendly. Italian guy in pool bar is excellent

Fantastic apartments just 5 min walk from yumbo yet very quiet and relaxing. Greeted by lovely reception staff at check in. Apartment was basic but very clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and lovely balcony. Room was serviced 5 days out of 7 and they did a brilliant job. Pool is lovely and the garden’s are kept immaculate. Finally couple beautiful friendly cats enjoying the gardens. Really wanted to take the tabby cat home! Definitely recommend this place

Just lovely people on reception, nice quiet pool, great to escape from all the noise in the Yumbo center. Lovely spacious bright 2 bedroom apartments. Beautiful resident cats also. A group of us stayed here and everyone enjoyed their stay at Tamaragua

8-21/3/22 We three middle aged brits had booked a fortnight in Gran Canaria in this resort. We arrived on a Tuesday evening having got off the express 66 bus (from the main airport) at the Jumbo centre (although the previous stop Plaza Maspolomas is just as close) and walked the 500m to the gates of the resort. On ringing the bell on the gate we were buzzed in, went down the path to reception to meet the masked concierge who checked us in. He took us to the lift which would take us to the fourth floor. Unfortunately it was tiny and a sign specified one person only (with suitcases). I walked up the stairs, no big deal for me but be aware of this. The apartment 412 was directly by the stairs. In we went to find a fairly spacious and clean space with a kitchen to the left, twin bedroom to the right, proper BATHroom, a larger twin bedroom all leading off a long lounge with a fairly big balcony at the end separated by a big sliding glazed door. Kitchen Steel sink, plug and draining board with crockery draining cupboard above. Induction 2 hob at end by big fridge freezer (fed by a single socket behind, make sure you close the main door properly, this on (421) stuck slightly ajar). Shared lounge work surface with the only available electrical socket, servicing a simple microwave and filter coffee maker. A variety of pans, frying pan, plates, egg cups, teacups, saucers, wide bowls, tumblers, small glasses, small wine glasses, cutlery. A small steel teapot poured most of the tea behind it so near useless. Cooking implements were ok, including corkscrew (with broken screw), whisk, spatula, soup ladle, cheese planer, bread knife, chopping board, lemon squeezer, white China salad bowl, blue plastic fruit bowl, tray and (hurrah) an ice tray in the freezer! A welcome sealed kit of nylon sponge, washing towel and washing up liquid was welcome (it lasted us the fortnight). Under the sink was a bin and dustpan and brush, a small broom would have helped us as we are self catering and cleaning! The only light was a central overhead light with a low powered LED in it. As there were no sockets near the sink I could not plug my emergency bulb anywhere to shed light on preparing food as one worked in one's shadow from the light above. I plugged it into the shared surface, double thankfully, socket which was low, too far away and so inadequate. I wonder sometimes if architects actually cook! If you are working at the shared surface mind your head against the shelf above. On the first day we broke to small tumblers as I had put them in the freezer to chill for some white wine. We replaced them cheaply from the big Chinese Shop in San Fernando. We also added a big matching white tea mug, working waiters friend and two tall cocktail tumblers. I nearly bought a measuring jug too! The lack of a kettle was the most annoying thing but I ordered one from the reception so it was not standard issue. Great apartments. Spacious. Clean. Good facilities. Easy to park. Great location. Lovely staff apart from the Lifeguard. She was rude and made using the nice pool unenjoyable to the point that we didn’t use it for fear of her wrath. Unpleasant. Spoilt the holiday.

Abbiamo scelto il Tamaragua per la presenza del campo da basket (che risultava poi chiuso per motivi di sicurezza, in realtà firmando una liberatoria abbiamo acceduto😁)… Per playa ingles occore camminare per 49 gradini e circa 300 m, meglio tenerne conto, spiaggia grande, zona viva ma non da ammucchiata!🤣🤣🤣 Vicinissimo lo yumbo center e anche altri centri, minimarket presenti e lidl a 5 km ca. A parte l’ultima notte per ineducazione di alcuni condomini non abbiamo sentito schiamazzi notturni, ovviamente al mattino presto la vita lavorativa ricomincia, quindi i classici rumori del traffico sono evidenti! Il Tamaragua ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo anche se va rivista la tariffa per includere il Wi-Fi (assurdo che nel 2022 sia escluso🙄) e vanno curati i dettagli di pulizia e manutenzione degli appuntamenti (stipiti, porte, luci, tende, coperte, letti etc)! Staff disponibile e non invadente… Noi abbiamo scelto l’appartamento con due camere, essenziale ma funzionale: è inclusa la pulizia 5 v/settimana, campo da basket e da pelota, piscina, biliardo… Stoviglie minimal (per noi italiani manca lo scolapasta 🙄), microonde e bollitore (no macchina da caffè), non forniscono di teli mare, c’è una cassaforte, phon non presente, ferro da stiro disponibile a noleggio alla reception. Presenti distributori automatici di merende e bevande calde e fredde. Attenzione! Le prese sono europee a due pioli, se si hanno spine con tre pioli serve adattatore! Il vero cruccio è il parcheggio: essendo poi la strada con fermata di autobus il rischio di rimozione forzata e/o multa è alto se non quasi probabile!🙄 Gran Canaria molto carina, sale sul podio dopo Fuerteventura e Lanzarote. Per ora è tutto, alla prossima avventura! 😁😁😁

Estuvimos una semana hospedados en tres apartamentos. Teníamos como vecinos e inquilinos una plaga de hormigas y cucarachas que corretean tranquilas por todos los lados del complejo. Las camas tenían su propia vida por la noches, los topes estaban rotos y rodaba la cama al mínimo movimiento, con un colchón malisimo que le ponía la melodia. En general el personal del complejo muy correcto y educado pero el personal de seguridad nocturno no tenía educación. La piscina estaba bien aún que por la tarde el agua estaba turbia. El personal del restaurante muy simpático y alegre, tiene buenos precios mucho mejor que en los sitios de al rededor, muy recomendado.
