阿爾柯斯平房飯店(Bungalows Los Arcos)

Bien ubicado muy limpio, recomendable

Hotel Los Arcos (Playa del Inglés, Spain), unfortunately, we have experienced a theft at our hotel here in Playa del Inglés. Unfortunately, it happened while we were at home in the apartment and a key was used. It was 650 € that was placed on the dining table. I was in bed and my wife was sunbathing on the terrace. The hotel does not take responsibility, and neither does Spies travel agency. So if someone copies the keys, strangers can just walk in and out without any problems. There is also no safety box available. So if one wants to be safe, it is necessary to take all valuables with us when going out, hm... Not easy, right?! Translation: It's not the first time it happens here, it happens often.

Muy buenas las instalaciones y me encantaban las piscinas. El.bungalow muy bien? me encantaba la terreza y la una cocina muy completada, desde mi punto de vista, con el calor que hacia era impresendible aire acondicionado o al menos un ventilador, el TV no funciono nunca Buen calidad precio y el personal muy agradable unos mas que otros

Antes nos encantaba venir aquí pero sea lo que sea lo que está pasando con la comunidad ha hecho que este lugar vaya realmente cuesta abajo. Se han instalado verjas en todas las entradas al complejo haciéndolo como una prisión, no se puede entrar ni salir sin llave y cuando llevas bolsas pesadas de la playa o del supermercado o estás intentando traer a los niños, lo hace extremadamente difícil y mucho más duro de lo necesario. ¿Necesita ir a la piscina principal? Dependiendo del bungalow que te asignen tienes que pasar por múltiples puertas y es simplemente demasiada molestia y definitivamente nos disuadirá de volver a reservar. Cuando nos íbamos, estaban instalando barreras en el radio de giro del aparcamiento principal, por lo que los taxis y otros coches ya no pueden dar la vuelta. ¡Esto no tiene ningún sentido! Ahora los visitantes discapacitados a los que se deja tienen un inconveniente añadido además de las ridículas barreras con las que tienen que lidiar, ¡quienquiera que haya tenido la idea de instalarlas claramente no está pensando en la experiencia de los visitantes! Encontramos que el personal de recepción era muy hit and miss. Hay periodos del día en los que no hay nadie en recepción y tienes que llamar a un número de móvil para hablar con ellos y el chico que suele estar por la mañana (Tall con gafas) nos pareció grosero, obstructivo y poco servicial. También hubo varios robos mientras estuvimos allí, estábamos en el bar de la piscina una noche cuando una familia irlandesa se enteró de que les habían robado. Al parecer alguien había dado a los ladrones una llave para entrar en el complejo por lo que las puertas de seguridad que son una pesadilla para navegar simplemente no son eficaces y acaban de convertir un hermoso complejo en un lugar en el que no me volveré a alojar.

Instalaciones buenas pero SIEMPRE han tenido el mismo problema, alquilan a gente que se traen a mogollón de personas al bungalow y que ponen la música a tope y generan escándalo, sobre todo en la pared de delante. A ver si hacen algo para que esto no sea un sitio de fiestas tipo discoteca, así no se puede venir a descansar y disfrutar de tranquilidad

En ningún momento se nos dijo que había que dejar 100€ de depósito y cuando llegamos nos lo piden donde está eso en la reserva porque no nos lo dijeron,vamos que si no tenemos el dinero en ese momento que pasa?

Was weer een top verblijf op Los Arcos, waarschijnlijk vanwege Corona was er dagelijks wissel van handdoeken en beddengoed, verder alles schoon en verzorgd. Prima bungalow met flinke tuin erbij. Als bekend, vlak bij de yumbo en betere restaurants van Playa del Ingles, volgend jaar weer. Bungalow netjes ingericht, goede bedden en nette badkamer

I just enjoyed a stay at the Los Arcos bungalows, Number 241. I weas there from Thursday 23rd of may until Saturday 1st of June. Some pros and cons Cons: They were slightly small, eith very little storage for your clothes and baggage. The shower leaked onto the floot, not a whole lot but was just annoying. The fridge only has the letterbox style freezer. The cleaning carried out was only every 3 days, so getting fresh towels and toilet rolls were annoying. Pros: Gated community: Nice and quiet. Choice of 4 pools. Comfortable. Even though there were a few negatives, considering what I paid for them, it was good value for money. I would definitely stay there again. They were about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The yumbo id just the next street over so very convenient. The pools and grounds were spotless. You can avail of a safe, this is in a room just off main reception.

I have stayed at Los arcos numerous times and would definitely recommend. The place is lovely and always clean, the staff are really nice and helpful. You can always get space by the pool due to their being 4 pools and the gardens have sun all day. The bungalows are spacious and have everything you need. Already can't wait for my next visit and wouldn't stay anywhere else!
