Excellent hotel, everything was brand new and an impeccable standard. Particularly enjoyed the pool area and À la carte breakfast. Would recommend!

Hotel REFORMADO CON ENCANTO Somos una familia de 2 adultos más 1 niño que hemos estado una semana en MP en este maravilloso hotel. Totalmente recomendable por las siguientes razones : 1- Hotel Recien Reformado con un diseño moderno y acogedor. Habitaciones ampliadas y cómodas con un diseño actual 2- Zona piscina tranquila con tumbonas muy comodas e incluso con jacuzzi en varias zonas. Socorrista profesional y agradable 3- Restaurante : Desayuno con productos de calidad con zumos naturales y quesos de la zona. Show cooking en directo . Cena de menu a la mesa con la opción de elección entre 3 platos Cocina bien elaborada con toque moderno. 4- Personal: Atento y profesional siempre al servicio del cliente . Empezando por el Director Jonathan disponible para ayudar, Jose Maria muy profesional en Recepción. En el Restaurante Gyan amable , Silvia Encantadora y el personal del desayuno siempre atento con el cliente. Hotel cuyo principal objetivo es que te sientes que estas como en tu casa

Zunächst das negative: Frisch nach der Renovierung war noch nicht alles bereit (Fitness, Sonnendeck, Poolheizung, Klimaanlage in den Zimmern). Es wäre gut, den Gast über die Einschränkungen und mögliche Alternativen zu informieren (ich wusste z.B. nicht, dass man Fitness und Pool bei Schwesterhotels nutzen konnte).Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass diese Anfangsschwierigkeiten bald überwunden werden. Das Positive, das deutlich überwiegt: Die Zimmer sind sehr elegant gestaltet und sehr geräumig - vom Balkon meines Zimmer (519) konnte ich praktisch sowohl den Sonnenaufgang wie auch den Sonnenuntergang betrachten, das Restaurant und die Lobby sind sehr ansprechend eingerichtet Am besten ist jedoch das Personal - sowohl das Reinigungspersonal wie auch die Bedienung im Restaurant, wie auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption - immer freundlich und immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen

Le doy 1 Estrella ⭐ porque no me deja poner 0. Hotel pésimo, instalaciones pobres,la comida super salada , había días no no se podía comer. Las sábanas viejas,con agujeros, limpieza regular y un chulito de recepción,muy borde. No recomiendo esté hotel, cómo mucho le doy dos estrellas. Buscar otro sitio para las vacaciones.

familienfreundlich, sehr freundliches Team ,alles super! Großes Buffet, 2 Pools, Animation und tolle Musiker am Abend (Jorge & Francesca), Kinderanimation - großes Lob an Anna (Polin) - tolles Team bis hion in die Chefetage! Danke für die 2 Reisen ins Rondo, besonders an Kellner Jose, Carlos (Koch) - Kevin, Santiago, Jorge, Gian, Jose Maria , Melanie (Rezeptionisten) !

- chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée - personnel sympathique - bonne situation - restaurant indigne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : ambiance et décoration tristes comme une maison de retraite, nourriture de qualité médiocre, buffet présentée sans élégance, pas de nappes sur les tables ; comme j’étais en demi-pension, on m’a interdit de me servir un verre d’eau réfrigérée au distributeur car réservée aux clients « all inclusive » ! Quelle mesquinerie … Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !

Le restaurant est vraiment très désagréable. Très bruyant avec les enfants qui crient dans tous les coins, il fait très chaud et l éclairage est violent. La terrasse extérieure est trop petite quand l'hôtel est complet. Les horaires: de 18:30 a 21h. Fermeture beaucoup trop tôt.

Keinesfalls ein 4* Hotel. - Haus aus den 1980er Jahren, es wurde wenig erneuert und ebenso wenig investiert.- Das Essen ist von geringer Qualität und klassische Massenabfertigung. - Zimmerreinigung hingegen sehr ordentlich und ohne Makel. - Personal insgesamt freundlich und stets bemüht.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Jose at the front desk, setting a positive tone for our stay. Jose's warm, energetic demeanour was echoed by the entire staff we encountered, including Gian and Francisco in the bar (Francisco's cocktails were exceptional), and Oscar at the pool. The restaurant staff also left a lasting impression with their attentive service. Breakfast offered a delightful array of options, from cereals to pastries, with a skilled chef ready to whip up fresh omelettes and eggs. We were particularly impressed by the stunning foyer, which exuded elegance and charm, setting the perfect ambiance for our stay. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided a haven of relaxation after a day of exploring, Shopping and Walking the Beach. The hotel has recently undergone extensive renovations, both inside and out, with plans for a new fitness centre in the works. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Hotel HL Rondo—our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Warm regards, Joe & Valerie
