The service was horrible! They charge my card extra dollars without my authorization. Lock me and my 7 year daughter out our room. I asked if they can call the police and they denied me. They took my personal property and denied giving it back unless, they charged my card. The room were nasty. I never received my resort the credit. They told me they didn’t have to allow me my credit for which I paid for. I will never return. The worst experience ever.

El personal del Hotel ofrecen un servicio excelente!!
Algo que no me gusto es el mal olor que tienen las habitaciones ya que están demasiado viejas pedí que me cambian la habitación por el mal olor y solo la
Limpiaron pero el mal olor seguía fue el único inconveniente que tuve creo que hotel debe ser renovado ya que están muy viejas las instalaciones

El hotel es bonito y tiene sus instalaciones muy limpias, la comida está rica y tiene mucha variedad de comida
Solo que hay mucha distinción con la atención que tienen con los extranjeros a con los mexicanos, no todos los empleados aclaro
Solo algunos de hay en más el lugar muy bien 👍

Excelentes instalaciones y limpieza
Solo poner mas atención en todo el personal, a veces por un sola persona te queda una mala impresión, hay una persona de nombre Fidelina que está en la noches en el restaurante oriental, y por las tardes en el buffete, creo debería tener más tacto con los clientes, tiene mala forma de hablar y no es muy cortes

Normalmente no dejo comentarios pero en este caso, quiero hacer justicia de los malos comentarios sobre el hotel. El lugar es increíble, súper limpio, cómodo y con un staff muy amigable y atento. La comida es variada, de excelente calidad, fresca y sabrosa. Los postres y bebidas de los mejores que he visto en all inclusive. Y tienen la mejor playa de la zona. Un 10/10 sin dudas
