좋아요 다시 오고싶을만큼 만족스러웠습니다. 음식도 맛나고 다른 지점으로 갈수있는 셔틀도 운행하고있어 편하게 이용했어요 추천합니다.

The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

Very luxurious hotel. Its not a traditional all-inclusive, but its amazing. You honestly dont have to leave the property, there is enough to do to have fun and rela. Its located in a safe and vibrant area, walking distance to the beach, clubs, and shopping. The room was spacious and modern. I felt spoiled staying here as its a smaller scale hotel which makes the experience more intimate. All the staff were polite and welcoming. I definetly recommend.

I have stayed at this property once before the pandemic and honestly since then it has gone downhill. I was excited to come back here with my best friend for her birthday but a lot of the amenities are now gone. There is no longer any room service, the phones in the room don’t even work to call the front desk if you need something. All the bars now close at or around midnight as well as the rooftop. So after midnight the place is dead and if you’re hungry or want to drink you have to go out. They are now plastic free which is great but no one even told us they had fountains to fill your bottles till the last day. There are no bath robes in the room anymore and the rooms also used to have Netflix but now do not, I guess these can be considered small things but when you are booking for a ‘resort experience’ you expect these amenities, room service at least. It’s sad because I loved this place but I probably wont be back.

The staff at the property were very polite and friendly. Especially the room and restaurant service was excellent. Only thing I was missing was there is no outdoor space in the property everything is inside the building but they are compensating this with free entry to the other 2 properties they have nearby and a free shuttle service as we had an all inclusive package. Also, I would suggest them to keep at least the rooftop bar and snacks counter open until at least 2-3 AM as all other bar and restaurant service closes at 11.00PM. Overall we were very satisfied with our vacation in The Reef 28.

Things the hotel is doing well and we liked: they offered us a cold adult drink right while doing the check-in, staff was always super friendly, very modern and clean building, front desk area, roof pool, and rooms, super comfy bed, very spacious room with lots of storage room, drawers for clothes, TV counter, and night stands; more than enough outlets to plug in your phones, etc. Roof area had a bigger pool and 2 smaller pools, nice views from the city. They have 2 types of restaurants and a daily breakfast buffet we didn’t try. Things the hotel could improve and we didn’t like much: just a few things - the music by the roof pool was extremely loud to the point that was a bit difficult to talk to other people with all of the speakers they have around, there are sharp loose small tiles all around at the bottom of the pool (got a small cut on my foot while I’m it).

I had a really great stay here! The food was great, the staff were welcoming. The only bad thing I would have to say is that there were a few staff who looked miserable and unfriendly. The toilet in our room too didn’t flush properly a lot of the time, and the lady who cleaned our room never changed the sheets until we told the front desk. Overall though, it was a great stay, and I would pick this hotel again on my next trip to Mexico.

We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts. The beaches there were good, and everything went smoothly. You're also allowed to eat and drink at the sister resorst which for us added value to our stay. The food is good! There is a lot of variety. The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best, 100% recommend it. There was only this One thing, the menu on each place has multiple things that are not included in the all-inclusive, which was to us a Little bit weird as we did pay for all-inclusive package. Luckily the staff were helpful, and made sure There wasn't any additional costs to our bill. In the rooftop the music is super loud which is why we didn't really enjoy spending time there.
