Accanto ai bidoni dell’immondizia di una piccola zona degradata troverete l’ingresso di questa struttura sporca e fatiscente. Sulle stanze non mi pronuncio neppure, non varrebbe neanche la metà di quanto abbiamo pagato (180/notte), ma del resto si trattava dei giorni appena prima di Ferragosto, quindi ce ne siamo fatti una ragione. Tuttavia abbiamo ritrovato cortesia di un addetto alla reception e il mare con le spiagge sabbiose rimane a 5 min a piedi, quindi tutto sommato comodo per passeggiate in una delle zone più turistiche di Palma. Apartamentos Mix Bahia Real avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione integrale e di una maggior pulizia e cura. Noi (3 persone) ci abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, perciò abbiamo sorvolato su tutto ridendoci su, ma non vorremmo essere nei panni di chi prenota qui per le proprie vacanze.

Ontzettend vieze appartementen, mieren liepen door de hele kamer. Bed zeer slecht met vlekken in het matras. On aardig receptionist. Werd slecht schoongemaakt. Kit naden beschimmeld, vlekken in vloer, muren. Voor dit bedrag zeer zeker niet aan te raden !!!

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Mix Bahia Real from August 10, 2024, to August 11, 2024, and I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found our room in terrible condition. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and we encountered numerous insects, including bedbugs and ants, which resulted in multiple bites for my family and me. This caused significant discomfort and stress during our stay. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room was not functioning, leading to the spoilage of all our purchased food. This added to our frustration, as we were unable to store any perishables. The bedding was appalling, with visible blood stains on the sheets, and the dishes and utensils provided were dirty and unhygienic, making them unusable. The overall quality and amenities of the hotel were far below the star rating it claims to have. Despite raising these issues with the reception, the staff were unable to resolve any of our concerns, leaving us to endure an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. I urge others to reconsider staying at this property until these issues are addressed.
