地中海宮殿飯店(Mediterranean Palace)

Самое отличное в отеле -это его месторасположение и сотрудники , всегда готовые прийти на помощь. Ну и конечно Завтраки супер . Пляж муницыпальный в 1 минуте ходьбы , каждое утро частят. Шезлонги 6 евро один , от зонтиков пользы ноль , если только сумку повесить . Сам же отель даже на 4 звезды не тянет . Может лет 20 назад и был 5 , но не сейчас. Но хорошая новость, в январе 2023 г закрывается на ремонт , можно надеяться вернуться в обновлённый отель.

It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

Short 3 night stay. Excellent location and hotel facilities. Staff very attentive and friendly with a special mention for Jenya.

We stayed in the Cleopatra in Dec 2023 and have booked the Mediterranean Palace in Nov 2024 hopefully after the refurb, anyone staying when it opens please give us some feedback. There was plenty of work going on in the MP when we stayed next door so hopefully all on track ?

The mediterranean palace is still not open. Was going to it in March. Now have to go back to Celopatra, was in cleopatra two years ago for same reason. I do not believe the hotel mediterranean palace will be done any time soon. They should not have it with any agents are take bookings for mediterranean palace til they have finished hotel. Will see if it looks nearly done from outside when I am back in March. If you are going to mediterranean palace I would ring hotel first to see if it is open. The mediterranean palace was dated when I stayed in it, needed to be done up. Taking a long time to refurbish the hotel.

Lovely hotel although it’s looking a bit dated now.Ideal location for the ***** and beach. Plenty of sun beds available that you didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to aquire one. We only had breakfast here as lots of places nearby for food but the breakfast was really good with a vast selection of food. Staff friendly and helpful and hotel very clean. Gutted when I couldn’t rebook for this year but found out they’re having a massive refurbishment, can’t wait to book after that has been done.

The hotel is faultless. Greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival and a simple check in procedure. Had a room on level 4 with a large balcony and plunge pool. Room was very clean, towels provided for the bathroom, sun loungers on the balcony and the pool. Buffet breakfast was plentiful (with champagne) and the pool is very nice. Made use of the Spa and had a great massage. Location could not be better, overall this is a hotel deserving of its 4 stars.

Excellect hotel, a little datefd but now closed for renovations. Huge pool and sister hotel next door connected via underground walkway. Good breakfast, something for everyone. Beach access from back gate.

Absolutely amazing NY spent here just before the hotel closed for refurb. Staff couldn’t do more for you. Great location and even though rooms are dated they were more than adequate. Can’t wait for it to reopen so we can book and hopefully be there for this New Year. Keep up the good work
