1st time staying here and really enjoyed it. For the last 12yrs we've spent our summer holiday up the road at the marola portasin ( whala ) All the staff here are friendly and helpful and the food and drinks from the poolbar are well presented and a good price. We booked a superior room which included breakfast. The room was great and having air con was a game changer for this time of year. The rooms are kept clean by the great cleaning staff,as is the whole complex. We stayed for 20 nights and found breakfast fine. The sunbeds are comfy and a nice pool area. The location is perfect for the beach,bars and restaurants. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and we will be booking again Thank you

Soggiorniamo in questa struttura nello stesso periodo per il terzo anno consecutivo. Staff cordiale, pulizia eccezionale, ristorante a buffet propone il menu vario e gustoso, ricco sia a colazione che a cena. Due piscine esterne, tra cui una ricaldata, il bar offre ottimi cocktail. Alcune delle spiagge più belle della costa (Las Vistas, Lis Cristianos e Camison) sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti.

Heerlijk simpel appartement. Groot balkon met een grote tafel en stoelen. Goede TV. Goede wifi. Verzorging van de kamer prima in orde. Bedden elke dag netjes opgemaakt. Kluisje aanwezig tegen borg. Ligt op een prima locatie in Las Americas. Kon auto in de twee weken parkeren op eigen terrein. Rustige locatie. Was rustig aan het zwembad.

Hotel molto accogliente con personale qualificato e gentile. Posizione centrale vicinissimo alle famose spiagge. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Un grazie a tutto il personale della reception e del ristorante.La colazione e ottima sia che sul dolce o il salato

Très bon accueil de l'ensemble des personnes et tout particulièrement Andrea. Un grand merci aux employés en charge du petit déjeuner pour leur amabilité et leur gentillesse. De même que des remarques très positives pour le personnel en charge de la gestion de l'appartement. Félicitations à toutes et tous.

Hotel très bien situé proche de tout: bus plage epiceries, le personnel etait très accueillant, étions en demi pension : buffet varié, patisseries delicieuses, bémol sur un matelas beaucoup trop mou même enfoncé, l autre matelas était correct.

Wij komen hier al 12 jaar. Voelt iedere keer weer als thuiskomen. De kamer was fantastisch met een heel mooi uitzicht. Iedere morgen buiten heerlijk ontbijten. Het personeel voelt als familie. Kortom, zoals ieder jaar, alles was weer top.

Se nos ofrecieron tres apartamentos situados en edificios aledaños a las piscinas mas alejados de la recepción. Como inconveniente que cada uno se encontraba en diferentes "portales" digamos. Salvando este pequeño inconveniente, hemos completado una muy satisfactoria estancia de cinco noches. Estos apartamentos no disponen de aire acondicionado, pero si de ventilador de techo. Afortunadamente las temperaturas han sido moderadamente altas y no hemos echado en falta el AA. El bufet de la cena ha estado correcto y en el comedor estábamos muy tranquilos, algo mas concurrido a la hora del desayuno. El personal del mismo, muy atentos con todos nosotros. Las playas y la zona de ocio (intenso), en las proximidades del hotel. La parada del bus al aeropuerto, a la vuelta de la esquina. Ubicación perfecta para nosotros.
