Kleinschalig hotel op wandelafstand van strand, bars, restaurants en supermarkt. Positief: ruime nette kamer met keuken, rustig en net zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Dagelijks verse handdoeken en schone lakens, behalve op zondag en woensdag. Verzorgd ontbijt. Negatief: Nagenoeg alle slaapkamers geven uit op een super drukke boulevard. Slapen met open raam is onmogelijk. Wandventilator (waarborg 50 euro) geeft geen verkoeling. Mobiele airco dan maar aangevraagd, maar was niet mogelijk voor onze kamer. Uiteindelijk verkast naar de living waar we sliepen in het zetelbed met open raam georiënteerd naar het zwembad. Door de structuur van het gebouw hoor je dan ook alle nachtelijke gesprekken, ruzies,...

Bella struttura super pulita ed organizzata! Staff eccelso soprattutto la reception composta da Ivan super disponibile ed anche gli altri suoi colleghi! Gli appartamenti curati e la pulizia è eccelsa! Mia figlia piccina di è innamorata della struttura e dello staff super gentile! Hanno organizzato per il 31 ottobre 2023 dolcetto o scherzetto! Bussando a tutte le porte e donando soprattutto ai bimbi un cesto a forma di zucca con tante cose buone

La atención de la persona que encontré en la entrada no sé si era recepcionista o camarero pero dio un trato déspota ya que me había equivocado de apartamentos y Iva a unos que estaban Justo al lado no me dejo ni explicarme solo me decía que era imposible tener una reserva en ese apartamento entonces llamando para confirmar me dicen que es Justo al lado y me da unas palmadas en el hombro con toda su confianza sin conocerme de nada diciéndome que el ya lo sabía poco más le faltó echarnos , falta de profesionalidad y amabilidad por su parte ya que somos personas residentes en esta isla si nos tratan a si a nosotros como será con los turistas ! .

We stayed here for 3 weeks from 16th October returning home yesterday. The complex is really clean and welcoming. All of the staff were amazing! We had a studio with a street view. The room was lovely and had everything we needed…shower gel and soap provided along with a hairdryer. Washing up liquid, pads and scrubbing brush in the kitchen area which has a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There’s ample equipment for making food in the room. The fridge has a small ice compartment and an ice cube tray is provided. The pool area is beautiful although tbh we do like a bit of music. There is a book swap area, pool table, children’s play space in the book area and many comfy chairs scattered around the public areas. There’s free Wi-Fi and if you download the app you can control the room fan. The safe was around £16 a week but so worth it for peace of mind. The only downside was the lack of storage. There’s a double wardrobe but no chest’s of drawers for underwear storage etc. we had to use plastic bags for our underwear which isn’t great. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely return 💯

Stayed here for a week with my partner. Check in was no problem. I would suggest getting the ceiling fan which is 50 euro deposit for the week. The apartment can get very hot. Staff were very nice all week. The apartments are spotlessly clean and as others have mentioned the cleaners are eager to clean your room. If you just want towels you have to sign a form to say that you didnt want it cleaned that day. Not a problem. I would rather a clean apartment anyday. I definitely wouldn't be worried about my belongings but if you are, there is room safe for a deposit. The doors for reception are locked but 5 out of our 6 nights there was someone at reception. One night we had to wait maybe 5 mins. The hotel is in a great location. Walk out of the hotel and go left and you'll be at the las americas ***** in 10-15 mins. I dont understand how others have commented that it takes a half an hour. A quick Google search will show this. The road to the ***** is wel lit as its a main road. There is also a super market 5 min walk from the hotel for some essentials. Pool area was very clean and pool bar was wel priced. Its nice and quiet around the pool which is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
