Shop 20 m, supermarket 270 m, restaurant 10 m, bar, café, bus stop 110 m, sandy beach "Playa de las Américas" 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.1 km, surf school 500 m, minigolf 550 m, sports centre 400 m. Nearby attractions: Playa de las Vistas 1 km, CC Safari, Oasis 500 m, Siam Park, Siam Mall 1.9 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2023, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), digital TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto,not.incl)). Sep. WC. Really comfortable, clean and cozy duplex apartment, walking distance to a nice sandy beach. Close to bars and shops. Pool area clean and relaxing. Really nice hot tub in the main bedroom! Smart TV and fans in both bedrooms! 100% Recommended

The stay has been great in all aspects. The apartment is located in the best area in the south of Tenerife. 5 minutes walk from two of the best beaches. A couple of minutes from the bus stop, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We loved the decoration of
