The food didn’t taste bad but they has just 1 place for lunch and the lunch had like just 2 options for a buffet style. They need to coordinate the waiters, no one knew who was taking care of who. Tbh I don’t think I’ll recommend this place. Only place I liked was the bar by the pool, the guy was very attentive and friendly.

El hotel y la ubicación es muy bonita, si llegas por el aeropuerto balboa y buscas un resort es lo más cercano, no esperes flexibilidad con la alimentación o hora de salida , después de hora del check out no te dan ni agua

This was a fantastic vacation. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of us like family. Veronica, Maried, Fabian, Latoya, our driver Emanuel and many others made our stay enjoyable. The room, pools and food were also very good.
