Travelling as a family with two kids. We arrived the hotel quite late (after 22:00) and find out that two beds (kids beds) was missing blankets, bed linen, and towels. Eventually hotel managed to fix the situation next day's evening (after we mentioned the situation three times to the reception), so really poor start and commitment from the hotel. Hotel location is excellent, and breakfast was decent. Room was definitely outdated and would need renovation in kitchen, bathroom etc. Good thing was, it didn't had strange smells and AC worked as supposed to be. So overall it was ok for sleeping (which was enough for us) but not much else. During the checkout date, we paid for late checkout and received another room for the day. That room had a more decent overall look + bathroom but it definitely had quite strong mould smell inside the room. Overall, I'm quite sure there's better accommodation options which provide more value and quality to your stay in Platanias.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for something special. The warm, welcoming staff made check-in a breeze, and their attention to detail throughout our stay was unparalleled. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the beach. the food was exceptional, and the service was equally impressive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations! Stella, Ioanna , Elli , Manolis thank you all (mostly the cleaning staff) for making our holidays very special!
