The carpet had not been vacuumed. Visible dust pockets around the room like Cobb webs. It was horrible. The limited breakfast choices. The sausage tasted old and just gross. I choose this property specifically it was advertised as hot dining options. Those options were powered eggs stale muffins and oa**eal waffles. This is a continental breakfast.I will say all staff were 5of5 just very kind and helpful. House keeping staff said “no speak English” when I ask for fresh towels. I took the towels off their cart. I do not recommend staying here. I honestly had to take a towel and wipe the Cobb webs of dust off the furniture. I had no choice but to keep my house shoes on while in the room. It was like walking on a gritty floor. Everything counts for me when I’m paying 110.00 plus dollars per night. I suggest that these rooms are signed off on cleanliness including vacuuming floor and sweeping dust cobbs off around the furniture. I had no choice but to clean the mess up as I have severe allergies.

I arrived and was told they were overbooked so they booked me at another location. They also said since I booked the reservation through ******* that they didn't have my contact information to notify me in advance until I got there.

Most likely will stay at a different hotel in the area next time. Rooms were among the smallest I have seen, housekeeping services were nearly non-existent (room cleaned only 1 of 5 night), terrible, terrible view from pur room, coffee not kept fresh throughout the day, had to basically manicure our room ourselves, go to the front desk to pick up towels, soap, toilet paper, kleenex, due to staffing issues and housekeeping service dates. Did not appreciate spending over $1K for two rooms for 5 nights and having to service our selves instead of the hotel providing the services travelers usually are accustomed to receiving.

Good- room size, customer service excellent Bad- thermostat was not working and the room was stifling. Maintenance couldn't fix it and alternative room was not offered. Ugly- room was not vacuumed or cleaned mid-stay; only linens replaced. The condition of the carpet shows that it could really benefit from better care.

This is a great location - Whole Foods down the street, a central location, nice rooms, no problems! Their shower is amazing (water pressure).

The staff was super nice and the hotel was new and very clean. The housekeeping should be daily and not have to be asked for on a daily basis.

Convenient location to what we were doing Breakfast was not that great. Room only cleaned up every two or three days

A very pleasant stay . Plano is a very quiet suburb of Dallas . It’s close enough to the city though . Comfortable room with a kitchenette . Having Netflix available was a bonus .
