Sleep 1-8 in our brand new remolded Home that is centrally located in West Plano neighborhood. Close to several parks, Costco, Wholefoods, shopping, lots of restaurants, hiking, fishing, Cowboy stadium, Mavericks Staduim, baseball field and tons of play activities! Easy access to freeway. 3BR 2BA w/ large backyard & garage. Pets are welcome with approval and pet non-refundable pet fee. Kitchen is fully stocked w/dishware & beverageware! Free Wifi, Ruku TV. Pack & play, grill available! Enjoy a great place to have a little getaway and relax or stay a little longer in our beautifully decorated and comfortable house. There is quick access to U.S. 75 which can take you anywhere.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:-No more people than booking #. -No hot pots directly on the countertop. Boards are available -Do not throw anything besides toilet paper into toilets.-NO PARTY and EVENTS or Large GATHERINGS or Loud Music -No loud outside activity between 9:30pm-8am. Nice but no communication and an overgrown yard The house was quiet and comfortable for our stay and was enjoyable for the most part. The backyard and patio were hard to enjoy with weeds that were almost 18” tall. The entire lawn was not maintained and hadn’t been for a while due to the violation notice posted on the door when we arrived. Wasn’t a very welcoming sign.Also, we contacted the host three different times, once while in route, and twice during our stay and received no response until after we had already checked out. Probably will look somewhere else next time.

Mother & Father; Daughter & Fiancé We booked this rental to attend our daughter’s engagement party that was being given in nearby Carrollton, TX. Her fiancés family lives in Plano, TX; just down the street. It was the perfect location and very close to Restaurants and local grocery stores

Family weekend The house was just as described. It was nice and clean. We did have a few problems. There was no internet until the next day when our host told us to reboot in the garage. The front door would not unlock, the sliding door would not lock, & only warm water in the master shower. The beds were comfortable & plenty of towels.

Home away from home! We were here for an extended stay while our new home was being built. Jiajia was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed. The home was updated & very comfortable! The location was great & was the main reason we picked it. Would highly recommend this home!

Plano Our trip stared out to be a visit to our sick brother but unfortunately turned into attending his funeral. The house was perfect for what we needed. 3 couples ... siblings all over 70 stayed and we were able to visit without distraction. Other siblings and cousins stopped by on day 2 and again, we were able to visit and enjoy each other's company. The church was very close. The house was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space, and the owner was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for group Came into town for business training and stayed here. The house is beautiful,spacious and all upgraded!! Would def stay here again!
