達拉斯普萊諾遺產西部萬麗飯店(Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel)

出張で泊まりましたがロビーも客室もとてもキレイで驚きました。 私はホテル清掃管理を日本で経営してますが そのプロが見ても素晴らしい清掃管理でした． 少し高いですがおすすめです．

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. So we could be in the area for an early spa appointment i had for her. To begin the room was not very clean. By that i took pictures the bathroom showe head had someones hair stuck to it, i know this was not.mine or my wifes as it was longband curly, that does not match my wife or my self. The couch had a clump of the same hair stuck in the back cushions. Thier was something brown stuck to the back wall of the shower, i cleaned this off myself before my wife could see it. Thier was dirt in the corners of the dining table area that was very noticeable, as well around the bottom if the table. The carpet in the livingroom area had visible dirt and dust (bunnies) clumps. Upon checking in i spoke to the young lady at the desk, i just asked that we have a nice quiet room. This was all for my wife to relax. She assured me this was a quite room. Well it definitely was not quite they put us on the 4th floor and all we could here was the music from a near by restaurant and people shouting at each other as they came down the sidewalk. I spoke to the lady at check out at the front desk. Her first question, was how was the stay, i was very polite and said it was not the best. Iet her know how much noise was comin into the room. She started to play like she did not know about this and my wife looked at her she was like yeah the musice was coming from a restaurant on that side of the hotel. I usually like staying at this location. But my stay was under par. Elevators were out during my stay. When I left on Sunday I had to take a service elevator down to the lobby. What an experience. No one seemed to be apologetic

Overall good clean room with nice appointments in a walkable area. I was disappointed there were no robes, nor did I receive one when I asked. The answer was they have a few floating around.

I really enjoyed this property! It’s close to a great shopping and dining area. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I loved the roof top pool. We will be back!

Ainsley was awesome. He was attentive and showed compassion for my Hubby’s birthday, which we were there celebrating. He will definitely be one of the reason we send family and friends to stay there. Just a very genuine person.

excellent location! beautiful rooms, and service. Ill love for them to provide soda machines, and a mini shop to buy after hours.

Upon check in we were delighted to receive a suite. However it had no linens on the bed and there was much damage to the mattress. There had been a flood on this floor and there were machines in the hall trying to remove moisture. We had to go back down to the desk, wait our turn and get a new room. While there I was asked if I received my coupon for breakfast. I had not but was then told that the coupon was only for their high level guests. I asked if I could have one anyway for our inconvenience but was told I could not. They did give me a room credit but I felt like I just didn't matter because I wasn't a platinum member. Next time we go to the Omni up the road.
