Es wird Apt. Nr. 5 beschrieben und das ist echt. Hier nur das allerschlimmste: Einige Apt (so auch #5) befinden sich im Keller ohne Blk. ohne Terr. mit Ausblick auf Wände (sh. Fotos). - Im Bad steht eine Waschmasch, in der wird sämtl. Wäsche der anderen Zi. bei 30° gewaschen (Gully im Bad stinkt nach Kloake + Lärmbeläst. + ständ. Zutritt Putzfrau, Achtung ohne zu klopfen oder rufen). Wäsche flattert dann vor dem Fenster. - Es geht ein Fußweg rund herum, jeder kann reinglotzen, wenn man die dunklen Vorhänge nicht zuziehen will oder bei geöffnetem Fenster einsteigen. Lüften unmögl. - Rez. gibt es nicht, nie. - Wechsel der fleckigen Handtücher seltener als alle 3 Tg. Reinigung unzureich. - Unprof. unfreundl. Personal beim Haupt-Hotel, kassieren nur die Touri-Steuer und ignorieren Gäste aus Anthos. Mängel werden nicht beseitigt - Hellhörig (TV, Gespräche). Abwasserrohr von darüberliegendem Apt läuft durch das Bad, jede Spülung zu hören - und noch sehr viel mehr Unzumutbarkeiten. 10-fache Erfahrung in GR mit einfachen Unterkünften waren deutlich anders! - Veranstalter (TUI über l'tur) vor Ort nicht erreichbar, nach Rückkehr Ignoranz.

Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla a 2 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia più vicina. Particolarmente apprezzato il giardino e la zona piscina. Letti comodi e spaziosi. Pulizia effettuata quotidianamente. Unica pecca, per chi sceglie l'opzione colazione, viene servita in un'altra struttura sulla spiaggia per cui è necessario recarsi in auto.

We stayed at Anthos Apartments (same owner and reception as Alianthos hotels) and our experience was extremely negative. The apartment we were first given looked nothing like the photos we were shown when booking. It was in bad condition, at the back of the property facing the parking lot. After complaints, we were moved to another unit, supposedly an “upgrade,” but again we faced very serious problems: - Cockroaches found several times (in the kitchen where our children’s beds were placed, in the bathroom, and even outside the door). - The air conditioning unit was leaking water onto our belongings inside the room. - The baby cot was initially given without a mattress. - Missing basic amenities (shampoo, toothbrush cup, towel racks). - My husband had to move beds and the baby cot himself, following instructions from the cleaning staff – completely unacceptable in any hotel. What made the whole situation worse was the attitude of the owner and the manager. Instead of apologizing or helping, they responded with denial, irony, and tried to shift the blame onto us. Their written responses were dismissive, inaccurate, and showed no sense of responsibility. In the end, we were forced to leave early and move to another property, losing time, money, and peace of mind. 👉 Do not rely only on the photos or their promises. Ask for written confirmation of the exact room type and amenities before booking. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Families with children should absolutely avoid this place.

The apartment (the one with balcony and seaview, the ones on the ground floor are not that nice) is nicely decorated and has a nice balcony with seaview. The downside is there's only a deep bathtub with showerhead. Not so convenient for elderly people... It's situated near a bakery and 400 metres from a supermarket. It's a walk of 10-15 minutes to the beach and 20-25 minutes to the village. Our apartment was overbooked: it took 3 days before we got the right one: overbooking is a common problem with these apartments! Although it's a nice apartment, I therefore can not recommend it.
